Breathtaking views and sounds of the ocean, private beach and the adjacent state park. Absolutely fabulous location that is very close to the ocean front. Walk 50 steps to the private family oriented beach. Relax on your choice of two large back decks (one off the living room and one off of the master bedroom) that overlook the ocean and state park. Fully equipped kitchen. As of 05/2025, new luxury vinyl floors in master bedroom and 3rd floor bedroom. Flat screen TVs in living room and master bedroom. Separate dining room. As of 05/2023, renovated bathrooms. Tennis courts and a small playground for toddlers are available within a short walking distance. Front deck affords an enjoyable view of friends and family playing tennis or children playing at the small playground. You can enjoy a crab feast at the covered pavilion adjoining the small playground. Private parking is out front, and a private backyard. If you love the beach, then you will thoroughly enjoy our beach home. Renters need to bring your own linens, sheets, towels, paper products, shampoos and soaps.

We had a great stay! The weather was perfect and the location was great with nice ocean views and easy access to the private beach area.Brendan was great with communication and always quick to replies!He and Beth did a great job updating the property and making it a home away from home.

Beautiful view into the State Park and surf fishing beach from the back decks. Tennis courts and playground for kids right across the street. Very short walk through the dune crossing. Perfect family place. Adults will appreciate decor and clear labeling of all the mystery switches we usually find in VRBO rentals.

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation! A lot of stairs inside, but the bedroom on the ground floor was perfect for those of us with mobility issues. The kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and appliances, and everything is labeled, so it's easy to find. Our toddlers loved the toys and playing on the deck. The home really is very close to the beach! It's a very short walk to the dune boardwalk, and we could sit and watch the shore from the second and third floor decks. The owner Brendan is very responsive to questions, and we thank you for a wonderful stay at your place!

Absolutely wonderful stay and truly love this property!! This is our fourth year here and we can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Well maintained and so comfortable! It was our grandson’s first Bethany Beach trip and the house was perfect for them too. The new bathroom was stunning and a great addition. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Family Vacation Fun

Had a great time at Brendan's and Beth's cozy beach home. What a wonderful place to spend our vacation with our family! Just a short walk to the beach and the view off the back porches is amazing.

We would stay here again. We stayed at this beach house in mid-August 2026. It's a beautiful home with a convenient layout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, with many things we've not found in other beach houses. For example, there are ample Tupperware, good cutting knives, and a well-stocked spice rack. The bathrooms are nice and are recently renovated. The house is a short walk from the beach. There is a nice view of the beach, especially from the top floor. The beach access does not require using any stairs, which was a big plus for us. You can have meals out on the deck on the main level, which we did multiple times. The nearest grocery store (Hocker's) is a short drive away. We made it up to the boardwalk in Rehoboth one day, which was only about 20 minutes away. We had good communication with the host, who was very responsive. The hardest part about our stay was having to come home.

So close to the beach

Property was clean and had an excellent location. Just steps from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and they had all the beach accessories and toys for a family. The neighborhood was also ideal for young children.

AMAZING WEEK!

We love staying at this property as it is clean, convenient and right in the center of all in Tower Shores. We love the layout and the kitchen is perfect for all of us to share a meal and play a game after a full day on the beach. We love everything about this property and can't wait to come back next year!!!

Great beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described/shown in the listing, and impeccably clean. Check-in was simple and communication with the property owner was prompt. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future :)

Great property with outstanding views

We had an amazing time! The views from the decks are great, there was lots for our 3 year olds to do at the park, the house is updated and clean, and access to the beach is extremely easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

5 Star Location - Unique views of dunes, beach, and ocean

Friendly and safe neighborhood and view of the dunes, beach, and ocean. Great location for kids, teens, and adults. Great kitchen and setup for cooking and BBQing.

Great Time Again!

We have stayed here for multiple years and this is such a great place. It is literally a few steps to the beach, and the views of the ocean from the back deck are spectacular. We love the living area for our family to hang out and the kitchen and recently updated bathrooms are great. We will continue to book in the future.

Fabulous beach house!

We loved staying here. It took us maybe a minute to walk to the beach. The house was very clean and the owners have thought of everything to ensure guests have a very comfortable stay. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided. We also found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Another memorable Bethany Beach Vacation!

We had an incredible stay, again, at this property! It feels like home as you enter and with all the up to date amenities, it is wonderful to be there. The hosts have made this property just about perfect and we just enjoy being there. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the views are nothing short of spectacular. We hope that we are able to stay here year after year!! We love it!!

Our favorite place to stay’

We visit Bethany Beach every few years and have stayed on several different rentals over the years. This one is far and away our favorite! It’s about 100 ft from the beach, and has a wonderful view from the upstairs balcony! It was exceptionally clean, which is not always the case at other places we’ve stayed. It also had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay- we were easily able to cook our meals and relax here.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were blown away by the kitchen and how well stocked it was. I had brought a number of things with me and found I didn't even need them. We loved how close it is to the beach. So easy to go back to the house and grab some lunch, frequent bathroom trips, etc. Thank you for a great stay!

We love coming to the beach with our family, and have made significant renovations to the house making it more enjoyable. We have owned the house for 22 years and have enjoyed making memories with family and friends, including sharing many meals around the table on the back deck overlooking the beach dunes.

If you like a quiet family beach, then Atlantic Watergate is a wonderful beach vacation in close proximity (50 steps) to a private beach. You have tremendous privacy looking out onto the Delaware state park that is adjacent to our back yard. It sleeps 10 comfortably and you can dine either on the back deck or in the dining room.
