The Caprice is located in a private, family oriented community three (3) miles north of Bethany Beach, DE and 1.5 miles south of Indian River Inlet and the Delaware State park. Easy access to Rehoboth and Ocean City and of course, the Inlet for fishing and recreational fishing. There is a large, wide beach, which is among the nicest, if not the nicest beach in the Delaware - Maryland area. You are literally steps from the beach. There is just one row of townhouses prior to the boardwalk crossing the dune. What this means is that when you have forgotten something or want to return to your unit for whatever reason, it is a very quick trip.

The Caprice, Unit 1E, itself is located on the first floor. You only have to climb one flight of steps and you arrive on a screened porch with a large sliding door which opens to the living room. The unit has an open floor plan, which provides comfortable seating for all the residents and guests.

Its proximity to the beach and pleasant atmosphere provides a real 'at the beach' feeling. The neighborhood is populated mostly by families with children and the community atmosphere is enhanced by groups of kids playing and buying snow cones. A family restaurant at the end of the street provides a convenient spot for meals, particularly breakfast and lunch. Once you have arrived you can feel free of traffic and the hustle and bustle of crowds, and enjoy yourself at the beach.
