O Apartamento Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 é um refúgio encantador, perfeito para umas férias relaxantes junto ao mar, combinando conforto, luminosidade e uma localização privilegiada.



A sala de estar, acolhedora e bem decorada, convida a momentos de descanso e convívio. O espaço em conceito aberto, com um confortável sofá e televisão, proporciona um ambiente ideal para relaxar após um dia de praia.



O apartamento dispõe de dois quartos, um com cama de casal, perfeito para casais que procuram tranquilidade, e outro com duas camas de solteiro, ideal para crianças ou amigos. Há também uma casa de banho moderna e funcional, garantindo comodidade durante toda a estadia.



A cozinha, totalmente equipada e integrada na área social, oferece um ambiente prático e agradável para preparar refeições e partilhar momentos em família ou com amigos.



No exterior, os hóspedes podem usufruir de dois terraços comuns. O terraço inferior conta com uma mesa de jantar e área de estar, ideal para refeições ao ar livre, enquanto o terraço superior oferece uma deslumbrante vista para o mar, o cenário perfeito para apreciar o pôr do sol com uma bebida na mão.



Situado a apenas 100 metros da Praia de Carvoeiro e a curta distância de lojas, restaurantes e do encantador Passadiço de Carvoeiro, este apartamento combina conforto, vista e localização excecional, garantindo umas férias inesquecíveis no Algarve.



Esta propriedade é self-catered. Para maior comodidade, podem ser reservados cabazes alimentares (custo adicional) com antecedência.

Modern comfort by the sea

We loved the house and how clean and fresh everything felt. The bathroom is very modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Having the boardwalk and so many restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We also enjoyed dinner at a nice grill house nearby.

The property was clean, as advertised, and nicely appointed. The location was perfect and in the middle of things, but what sold it to us was the rooftop deck. All of Martin’s restaurant recommendations were spot on, especially Chef‘s Kitchen, Bella, Rosa, and Vimar. A very charming seaside town in southern Portugal.

Perfect for alfresco dining

We had a fantastic stay. The lower terrace is ideal for outdoor meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh local produce. The apartment is very modern and functional. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy terrace restaurant near the boardwalk.

Lovely Holiday Spot

Best views in Carvoeiro!

The house is wonderful, and the rooftop terrace is simply spectacular. We spent every evening up there with a drink enjoying the sea breeze. The location is very convenient for shops and the beach. We also enjoyed dinner at a charming local bistro just a short walk away.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Incredible location, steps from the beach!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the highlight of our trip. Being only 100 meters from the beach was a dream. The upper terrace has a breathtaking view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sunset. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood restaurant just around the corner.

Cozy apartment with a great vibe

The house is wonderful, very bright and decorated with great taste. The open-concept living area and kitchen made it very easy to spend time together as a family. The kids loved their room with the twin beds. We also enjoyed dinner at a traditional spot in the heart of the village.

Great Coastal Escape

I stayed at Apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 and it was an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, with two cozy bedrooms and a full kitchen. The views from the upper terrace are stunning, a great place to relax in the afternoon. The dining area on the lower terrace was ideal for a family gathering. The proximity to the Carvoeiro Boardwalk was also a bonus, comfortable for walks with amazing sea views. I will definitely be back!

The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location—just steps from the beach and right along the main drive, with restaurants, shops, and two small grocery stores conveniently around the corner. The apartment appears recently renovated and has comfortable beds. Air conditioning in each room was a major plus, especially in warmer weather. Linens and towels were clean, and rooftop access was a nice bonus since the unit itself has no views beyond neighboring buildings. One challenge is that the entrance is down a short alley with no nearby parking, which makes loading and unloading luggage difficult. Guests should also note the apartment is minimally stocked. There was only one set of towels per guest for the stay and no basic supplies such as hand soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent, or extra trash bags. The nearby grocery stores help, but it’s something to plan ahead for. The biggest drawback was the hot water capacity. The water heater does not support multiple consecutive showers—difficult even for two people and likely very challenging for a family of four.
