A small apartment block offering spacious accommodation for couples or families. Having its own large pool and walled garden & playing area. Totally refurbished in 2017, the apartment offers a large living & dining area with balcony. A fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer/microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms both with balcony’s (extra beds can be sited if required). The master bedroom is ensuite & the 2nd bedroom has access to the 2nd bathroom from the hallway. This accommodation is in a well sort after location close to all amenities. The beach & centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the second floor, accessible by stairs only and is not suitable for wheelchair access.

That the tariff quoted in the rates area is for 4 persons only, there is an extra charge for the 5th person and 6th person. Please see the rates area for your stay. A surcharge of 25 euros for arrivals after 22:00 PAID DIRECT TO THE PERSON WHO WILL MEET AND GREET YOU ON THE NIGHT AT THE APARTMENT.

Overall, it was a nice place in a great location close to all the action. It was a bit dated, but everything worked. If I was to say anything, it would be that there were too many things in the cupboards. It was hard to find things because there was too many items in the cupboards and I’m not sure how often all the dishes get checked as we found the French press cracked so we were unable to make coffee with it and also some wine glasses with lip marks on them and had to wash them before use but overall, it was a nice place. The parking was OK. You just had to find a spot on the street close by.

Can be a little noisy at night

The apartment is well located for walking around Carvoeiro. Parking is easy at the nearby market rather than attempting to park on the street. Just beware that there can be a bit of street noise on Saturday nights. Other nights are quiet.

Good Location in Carvoeiro

Our 2nd floor apartment rental was in a very good location to restaurants, shops, and walking to the main beach and downtown. It was close to the Algar Seco boardwalk promenade with cliffside trails and views. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and heaters, Having two balconies at front and side of building location was good and enclosed solarium also at the side. Contact with Property Manager and Owner were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mark!

Great Location with a pool

We stayed at Marks place for 3 weeks the apartment is very big and roomy and in a perfect location near restaurants and the beach and boardwalk. Everything you will need is very close. Very safe clean property with a fantastic pool. Excellent host. If you have any needs Mark is accessible by email and he has a property manager who is local to check you in and help with anything you need. Thanks Mark great vacation and worry free!!

Amazing Algarve gem

Truly an unforgettable romantic, luxurious, laid-back gem! My wife and I needed a break from an extremely hectic, stressful year and found exactly what we were looking for in this beautiful flat on the. oast in the charming little coastal town of Carvoeiro. The owner and property manager were attentive to any little thing that may have gone wrong and fixed them immediately when notified. We just can’t speak highly enough of them. Our stay allowed us to visit the entirety of the beautiful Algarve region including Castles, charming coastal towns, ancient Roman and Neolithic ruins, cobblestone streets, cafe’s, shopping districts and just ending the day on the porch overlooking the town with a cool drink. This place was “just what the doctor ordered” to get us grounded again. Great facilities, bathrooms, bedrooms, pool area, well equipped kitchen, large dining and living area made this one of the top places we’ve stayed at. A real “10”

3 Day Stay at Mark's 2 bedroom apartment

Totally Satisfied with our Stay at Mark's Carvoeiro apartment. From meeting the property Manager when we arrived who provided a tour of the place, the apartment had everything laid on for a family, Great swimming pool, ideal access to the bustling town and beach. just a great overall experience and everything checked out exactly as described by Mark. Excellent Apartment Located in the Heart of Carvoeiro

Great 5 night stay at Mark's apartment. Located right in the heart of Carvoeiro and close to all restaurants. Perfect for us as a family of 4 with older teenagers.

RELAXING WEEK AWAY

On arrival at the property we were met by a lovely lady IDRA she was very informative and pleasant . The apartment was very clean , spacious and well equipped . The area was fairly quiet but it was out of season and we expected this . The people we met were very friendly and helpful , the beds were very comfortable and lots of sun on the balcony off the master bedroom . The only reason for 4 stars is the apartment is on the second floor so lots of stairs and no lift which I struggled with BUT we would definatley use this apartment again for a quiet out of season break . The indian across the road is fantastic !!

The aoartmrnt was absolutely perfect very well maintained , clean perfect location and above our expectation sometimes you see apartments and read reviews but are dissapoinred when you arrive not this one ! We had a wonderful stay weather was perfect ( that was a bonus) we visit Carvoiero about 3 times a year and we will definately be back to this apartment ( fingers crossed it's available ) Thankyou

Great apartment in Carvoeiro

Very well appointed and presented apartment, with everything we needed for a brilliant stay in Carvoeiro. Conveniently located for restaurants, bars, beach and wonderful walks along the costal paths. Great communications with Mark the owner and Indra the local contact who met us at the apartment when we arrived. Will definitely consider again when going to Carvoeiro.

Best Apartment ever.

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in for quite awhile. It has everything you could possibly want down to pool and beach accessories for the kids. The apartment itself is of a very high standard with 3 balconies that you can follow the sun around, 2 bathrooms with the most devine showers!!! Plenty of room even with 6 of us in the apartment. The apartment has everything one would possibly require for a home away from home even down to the cushions for the balcony seats. Location is ideal less than 5 minutes walk to every amenity. No need for cars or taxis. Pool and surrounding area was very clean and we had the place to ourselves most of the time . Had a wonderful 2 weeks in this apartment and would highly reccommend it to family and friends.

Stunning property, good central location

From the first contact with Mark everything went really smoothly. The apartment is in a good central location, beautifully presented with lots of space. Modern décor with the most fantastic showers in both the en suite and main bathroom. Comfortable beds with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchen was complete with all mod cons including a washing machine. Whilst we didn't use the pool area (we went off to the beach which was 5 minutes away) it was beautifully clean with sunbeds for use. We were travelling as a group of 4 40+ ladies for a long bank holiday weekend but I wouldn't hesitate to go back as a family. Despite our flight being delayed by an hour and not arriving til 10p.m. Indra was there to meet us with a welcome pack so that we were able to get up in the morning and have tea and toast. We hope to make it a yearly trip so hope to be back next year.

A First Class Apartment in a lovely area.

We had a fantastic 10 day break at the apartment which was first class, clean, spacious and well appointed. The fact that we were there for the second time this year says more than anything else I could say. The weather helped but it was also a case that there were plenty of places open to eat drink and shop even though it was the very end of the season. I cannot praise the apartment enough, although I am conscious that if I say too much we might not be able to get a slot next year as we are very keen to return! The administration of the process by the owner was also first rate and prompt giving us confidence in the whole business. Brilliant! What else can I say?

Fantastic apartment in perfect location!

My husband, 2 sons, mother-in law, and I stayed for 7 nights in Mark's apartment and I cannot speak highly enough of the accommodation and facilities. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and was fully equipped with all amenities that we needed (towels, cooking equipment, crockery etc). The apartment was located in a perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from the main square and beach in Carvoeiro, and just 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Algar Secor. Numerous restaurants were located adjacent to and within close proximity of the apartment building, providing plenty of choice for even the fussiest of eaters (although no noise could be heard within the apartment). The swimming pool and surrounding area were of a very high standard and were clean and tidy. We all enjoyed using the pool, and made plenty of use of the sunbeds and pool toys that Mark provided. Mark was brilliant to deal with and returned our deposit almost immediately after we returned home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carvoeiro and will most definitely be contacting Mark to book the apartment again for next year.

3 balcony central apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's apartment.This is a spacious and well stocked apartment.The two new bathrooms were excellent as was the new kitchen.It has a large lounge with two comfortable sofas.My favourite features were the three balconies where you could follow the sun all day,especially the one off the double bedroom where you could people watch at night! We also really enjoyed the pool it is a good size, I swam in it every day late afternoon and we never saw anyone else the whole week. Carvoeiro has great restaurants,bars and shops for a relatively small place there is a lot of choice.There is a new hop on hop off minibus service called Rota das Falesias (cliffs route) It is air conditioned and runs fron 9am to 11pm and costs 10 euros for 24 hours or 15 euros for 48 hours.I really recommend it .It stops at loads of places and on a hot day it was lovely to travel in air conditioned comfort ! Mark the owner gave us good and clear information and Indra who met us was also pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this apartment and I can honestly say that as we are already booked again for next year.

A Home from Home

A lovely modern and well equipped apartment that is ideal for two couples. The location is excellent with good restaurants, cafes and shops right on the doorstep. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner and the information we were sent was both accurate and extremely helpful. The apartment is very central and in easy walking distance of the whole town. It is also convenient for travelling further afield either by car or bus. Our deposit was returned almost as soon as we got home. We would certainly visit again as the whole experience was first rate and helped make the holiday most relaxing.

A Home from Home

The apartment was excellent, modern and well laid out with really good facilities for two couples. It is in a good location with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep (literally!). The whole town is in walking distance and it is easy to travel further afield by car or bus. it was a pleasant experience to deal with the owner and the information sent to us before we travelled was really helpful. well appointed for both the beach and restaurants

we have stopped at this appartment for the past 12 years and have always been very satisfied, this year Mark has spent a lot of money refurbishing the kitchen and both bathrooms and redecorating. It is located on what is called restaurant hill so is very convenient if you wish to eat out. Mark has arranged for a free bottle of wine at some of the restaurants.The beach is about 5 minutes walk away.

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment, loads of space, very clean and nicely decorated; in a great location. Everything that was needed on a family holiday was provided - the kids loved all the 'pool toys' and we really appreciated having the pool 'furniture'. The pool was lovely, clean and quiet and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Our teenager loved that WiFi was accessible around the pool (though unfortunately not so much in the apartment). Situated on the main restaurant road which was great for people watching - but no noise to be heard on an evening. The location was perfect - being a short walk from the main beach, shops and restaurants/bars. The correspondence from the owner Mark was excellent from start to finish, the complimentary wine he arranged at the local restaurants being a nice touch also. All of the meals eaten out were great - we especially enjoyed Ele&Ela and Chef Antonio (opposite). Of the waterparks - Slide and Splash was much better than Aqualand (though was twice the price). The short walk to Algar Seco is an absolute must - exploring the rock formations and swimming in the rock pools was brilliant (along with the cliff jump which was a buzz). We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment or the resort to friends and family.

For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of nearby golf course.
