The Space-
Experience the comfort and elegance of our upstairs condo nestled within the serene Desert Falls Country Club. This charming space offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bathroom, complemented by direct access to a private balcony overlooking a lush greenbelt, perfect for serene mornings or tranquil evenings.

Indulge in the comfort of our living room, which also opens to the balcony, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The heart of the condo, our fully-equipped kitchen, includes all major appliances and a cozy breakfast nook with a dining table for four. Additionally, a second dining area in the great room offers additional seating for four, ideal for meals or social gatherings.

Relax in the inviting atmosphere of the living area, complete with a plush sectional sofa, flat-screen TV, and a warm gas fireplace, creating a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The guest bedroom is a haven of comfort with a queen bed, ample closet and dresser space, and an AeroBed for extra guests. A second full bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom.

Adding to the convenience, the property features a laundry room and a two-car detached garage. Just steps away, you'll find a heated community pool and hot tub, inviting you to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Excellent location!

The condo had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Close to the pools and really secure with gate guard. Check in/ check out supereasy and all info on the TV’s, WiFi, overall condo info was easily accessible. Definitely planning my next visit!

Nice condo, poor service

Started out with difficulty finding the unit due to poor instructions on how to pass through gated entries. Gate attendants wouldn't give directions. The condo was clean and pleasant. The swimming pool had goose droppings all over, which were not cleaned up in a timely way. Bathroom light went out and management didn't fix.

Ok, but not as advertised

First the good- the condo was clean, had a good range of kitchen amenities and the beds were very comfortable. Now the not so good- saying it I overlooks the pool is just flat out false advertising. Yes, you could See the pool railing if you stood on the balcony and craned your neck. The plumbing needs a good rotorooterimg, the light in the second bath needs to be replaced and the towel rack secured. The tv would not connect to streaming services even though the wifi said it was ok. There were no departure instructions so we cleaned and left it as close to howe we found it without doing linens or towels.

Palm Desert condo

Condo and location were great. Close to market, dining, shopping and golf courses. Well stocked kitchen. Window coverings could use upgrading (older vertical blinds did not open/close easily and had broken panels). We enjoyed our stay!
