Built less than 10 years ago, this house with all new appliances and amenities. Be the first one to rent this magnificent house right across the south boardwalk. Ocean view, 2 balconies and 200 feet to the beach and boardwalk, night life and great restaurants. Looking for families to rent to - great for big gatherings. Available for minimum 3 nights rental and for holidays, 4 nights minimum. You will not be disappointed! No pets and no smoking on the premises.

This property is a 60 second walk to the beach and across the street from great food places (including a Playa Bowls!). This is a prime location - also right across the street from the famous Beachcomber Bar & Grill.

Guests will be given 1 street parking space for duration of the booking. There is additional off the street parking available and we offer additional spots for a cost.

Great Place to Stay!

Great communication, easy check-in, & a spacious, clean home! This place is really just steps away from everything! It does get loud at night - because you are right in the middle of everything! Do be careful to not park on the street in the wrong area of townā€¦. Great stay! We really loved it!!

Great time

Nice property right next to the beach and boardwalk. This was perfect for us! Thereā€™s a good restaurant/bar across the street. Just bring a sound machine if you plan to go to bed early. We loved being so close to everything. We would stay here again!

Unit came with all the essentials needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable for a family of 6 adults and 1 child. Ami is very personable and quickly responded to our needs. Will definitely consider staying next season.

Seaside Heighs 2023

Very clean and well managed rental. Lovely porch to sit out on and enjoy the view and to people watch. Board walk seconds away!! It rained a couple times but it was fun to sit on the covered porch and watch the storm. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom was extremely hard. Very uncomfortable.

Right by the beach.

This location was right by the beach. Which we loved. There is a bar across the street that gets pretty loud at night. We would be up late playing games or watching tv with the family so we didnā€™t mind. This location does require you to bring your own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels. Donā€™t forget that part. I knew we had to but I forgot by the time it came to the trip. One thing I didnā€™t care for was the check in process. Iā€™m used to the bookings having the info available to you once you are 24 hours from your booking. You do have message the property owner for the information. Which isnā€™t that big of deal. I just wasnā€™t used to that process. She did provide beach passes and street parking passes. Good luck finding parking though on the street once you more your car you wonā€™t find parking again for hours. There are parking lots close to park in but cost 40 dollars to park there. The property does not allow you to use the parking space at the property. They actually called the police to give us a ticket for parking there. We couldnā€™t find any parking at all and it was our last day there. I was just going to be there until street paring opened up. She does say in the welcome book not to park there so that was my own fault. I do think itā€™s crazy she called and had us given a ticket for it. It is what is though. We sons car was broken into the last day we were there and I had asked her for the video footage from her camera and she never got it to us.That bothered me.

Great holiday stay ā€¦4th of July

Prime location you look right out onto the boardwalk. The beach is just a short walk over the boardwalk. The home was great very spacious and the front deck is awesome. We had a fantastic time Thank you to our gracious hosts. Our Fourth of July was fantastic!

Perfect Get Away For Kids

Ami and her property manager were so great and very responsive to questions. The place is really a 2 min walk to the boardwalk and beach entrance which was what we were looking for. It was perfect if you have teens that want to walk on the boardwalk or go back and forth to the beach. There was no need to use our car except to get groceries. The unit was clean, updated, and the Central air was very effective. I could see it being noisy on weekends as you are right in the thick of it all and across from the Beachcomber bar but we stayed during the week and did not hear it much. The front deck is big and really nice just to hang out in at night. The beach was really nice and not too crowded. Overall exactly what we were looking for for this trip. Thank you Ami!!!!

Beach getaway

We had a great time at this apartment for our vacation - great location , lots of room , relaxing deck with an ocean view . It gets a little loud at night and the main bedroom had a rock hard mattress . Other than that - it was perfect šŸ˜„

Great place to stay

The house was great. It was very clean and had plenty of space. Loved the porch! The only downside was Saturday night with all the young kids hanging out on the street, they were very loud and inappropriate. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect!

If I could give Ami and this property 100 stars I would! Everything was exactly as advertised! Ami was the PERFECT host and made sure we had everything we needed! The space was clean comfortable SAFE and had great AC after a long day at the beach! The location was a 10 second walk to the beach and board walk. When I do return to seaside I will ALWAYS book with Ami!

Excellent home, conveniently located

My son and his friends rented this home for several nights and it accommodated the 9 guests comfortably. Highly recommend! Conveniently located in the heart of everything. We rented the first floor which is one level and it was spacious and very clean. It had a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, and 2 full bathrooms which was a plus for such a large group. Beds were comfortable. Never felt cooped up because there are two porches, front and back, to sit outside and get fresh air anytime. Nice size living room with big television. Walk one block to beach, boardwalk, rides, and games. Walking distance to everything including many restaurants. Has a driveway to park car. Being up one level and having the porch gave a sense of privacy and yet you can see everything happening outside. Ami is a gracious host and quickly responded to all my questions. Thankful we were able to rent this lovely home as everyone was happy and had a great time. Would definitely rent again without hesitation!

This location is unbeatable. There are many new attractions that have been constructed here, including a Carousel Pavilion & Museum as well as the Beach Club and entertainment venue, which is steps away from the condo. This is also very close to the Casino Pier, various bars and nightclubs, the boardwalk, sky way, water park and many more attractions. In terms of transportation, there are many bicycles and scooter rentals available nearby along with a six electric vehicle charging station. This is also walking distance or a 4 minute car ride away from the bay side, which offers amazing sunset views. There is a CVS Pharmacy and ACME supermarket for grocery needs.
