Excellent location with beach across the street. Be sure to wear water shoes and be cautious of sea urchins in the wading pools on the beach. Lived the layout of the house. Enough room to spread out but great spots to hang as a family. Pool is on the small side but nice. Loved all of the beach accessories. The chairs, towels and boogy board came in very handy. We lived being able to walk into town so easily.

Pin was dropped in wrong location on VRBO, was not an ocean front property but on other side of street. Rental company clarified and was super reasonable. They were very proactive and helpful. Overall great stay and completely recommend this house as a great family vacation spot!

We had a very comfortable stay, with plenty of room for everyone. The house is fully equipped with EVERYTHING! The AC broke on Sunday afternoon. When we called to let them know they apologized and had it replaced immediately - great service.

Prefect vacation

Great for family
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location near Keiki beach was a draw for us. Spent plenty of time on the lanai and in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Kona Vacation Beach house
The property looked like the photos on the site. We really enjoyed the beach access which is just a very short walk away. Saw whales and sea life

Enjoyed our stay! Close to the beach for our grandsons. Close proximity to numerous amenities.
Great house and location. We did have a few issues on arrival but they were quickly fixed. Overall, we loved our 10 day stay!

Beautiful Home within Walking Distance of the Beach
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful well-equipped and maintained property. Everyone had their private space but there was space to gather as a group as well. We could get a peek at the ocean from the house and greatly enjoyed sunsets at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Weāve stayed at this location two times and have had a great experience. Unfortunately this time the pool was not clean and was also not cleaned well after we contacted the property. We wouldnāt usually mention anything but for the rate, we expected more.

Perfect family trip to the Big Island
This property was a perfect home for our family vacation to the island of Hawaii. The house had plenty of space for us with our 3 adult sons and daughter-in-law. With 4 bedrooms, we all had our own space and there was a lot of common space for us to get together. The pool was a hit, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for sunsets. The location was great to explore all the island has to offer.

Great location
The home was perfect and had all the essentials for our stay. Close to town and a beach. Could walk to the village which was a great plus. Very secluded home and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay
Property was as expected. Well set up for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Had everything we needed. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Great location - steps to the beach and close to the main downtown area of Kona.

Lovely home in the perfect spot!
We loved staying in this home and it fit the seven of us (4 adults and three kids) perfectly. So centrally located, great cookās kitchen, short walk to the beach and the Old Airport beach. Very quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown Kailua-Kona. We look forward to renting thus home again. Mahalo!

This property was hard to get access to upon arrival. The evening guard at the gate when we arrived had no information on us even though the rental office said they would. Multiple hours from our first and second day of our vacation were spent dealing with the guard at the gate, making phone calls, leaving voicemails, & sending emails tying to get the situation rectified. It wasnāt until later on day 2 that we finally heard from the office and only excuses were given. We were also disappointed with the cleaning of this home. It was not cleaned well. The refrigerator was dirty. Bathroom shower in ādenā had the previous renters long hair all over the tile walls. The kitchen isnāt well stocked. Bare bones. The den bedrooms (off the dining room) hot water stopped working after day one. We spent the rest of our stay down a shower. The rental office was contacted and we were told someone was coming to fix it but they never did. The beds were comfortable except one room upstairs. That mattress was like sleeping on a rock. There is a leak in the ceiling when you walk in. A large section of the ceiling was taped off and looked to be mid repair. The location of this house is nice because of the beautiful beach you can walk to.

Wonderful
The home is beautiful. Its in a great safe location. The pool was great for morning sun and then take an easy walk to the beach for afternoon beach time. The home is in good shape with every thing we needed. Its also close to Alii for shopping and food. Highly recommend!

Amazing house
Wow - this house is amazing. It was perfect for our group of 6. Super clean and well stocked. The pool was fantastic and location could not be beat. We could walk everywhere and it was safe with good sidewalks. The bonus keiki beach across the street was also awesome. The AC units were really nice to have. Will definitely be back!
