Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Feel free to check here for details -or- all our listings at Elk Springs Resort rentals.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Thought we had a problem with the toilet upon arrival. I text the rental place and they were out the next morning and fixed it with no problem. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good time swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub. The theater room was a nice addition but we rarely used it. The cleanliness wasnā€™t what we expect from a resort type cabin. The bedrooms may accommodate 18 but the bathrooms do not in our opinion. Both bunk rooms (12 people) have to share bathrooms with other 6 by entering their bedrooms or thru kitchen. There isnā€™t enough storage in the bathrooms or bedrooms to set out toiletries or set linens anywhere but on toilet seats. Suggest these amenities and vanities be updated.

We saw a bear as we were getting in the hot tub.. It was a small one.. I wish I had gotten a picture. Cabin was more than roomy.. The only problem I had wasy tv upstairs kept cutting out. kids has fun in the pool.

The pool was freezing they said maintenance replaced the heart the pool stayed the same temperature the entire stay we didnā€™t get to swim because it was too cold that was the point of staying there was the private HEATED pool it was dirty there was grease all over the cupboards there were bugs everywhere in there dust built up under the counters the floor was broken the chairs were broken there were staples on the floor it was not at all what I expected for my first time visiting tennessee

It was nice, however a bit of a drive to get to attractions outside of the park. The cabin was spacious with nice furnishings. The kitchen was a bit small for the number of guest to accommodate. Cleaning on 3rd level was lacking with several big carcasses and a vit of dust. The cabin is a gem, just needed to have better attebtion tondetail on the cleaning. The management team was great and very responsive.

Housekeeping had to come and fix several issues, which took a few hours. That took away our ability to be comfortable because we could sit anywhere or even start to unpack our stuff until the cabin was cleaned properly. Also, it was freezing the whole 3 days we stayed. It's like the thermostat was broken or something. Other than that, the cabin and the amenities inside were great!

The refrigerator leaked bad. Washer was broken. Juczzi tubs didn't work. Roof in first floor bathroom shower leaked. Not much cooking equipment when you have a larger size group.(we had 15) trash cans filled up fast with no trash service during our stay had to call for removal.had maintenance there three time due to issues.cabin has termites.

Reviewer Comments: 30 minutes from our check-in time with a vehicle full of groceries we were told we were going to have to wait an additional 4.5 hours to come back. The house reeked of marijuana. I cut my foot open with glass and the four days we were there we collected a cup of pieces of glass. Cigarettes were found every where throughout the home. The bath tub knob was broken. A toilet was broken. & NOT TO MENTION the "maintenance" guy entered the property without our permission while we were there & didn't hear him knock. Never will we stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice but could use more bathrooms, furniture, and bathroom space. Master bedroom on main floor shared a bathroom with the rest of the main floor. This was inconvenient for for large families. Bathrooms in general were too small. Kitchen needs more pots and pans. lighting was dim in Kitchen. No chairs provided on decks. Broken glass bottles and trash around fire pit area. No end tables in living room to place drinks on. Furniture was worn and you sunk down in it. Pictures on website are not accurate. Shows queen beds next to one another. They were bunks. Not good for elderly people or older couples to use. Theater seats were not what was pictured. Cabin was in good location. Not bad but could use some attention and add some chairs to the decks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The space and activities were perfect. We were celebrating my sisters engagement and a kid-free weekend for us 10 ladies. It was a blast: we only had two issues- 1. The cabins are very very close together. When sitting out in the hot tub the neighbors yelled out their windows telling us to quiet down several times. We understand people were trying to sleep but it was a vacation and only 11pm- we werenā€™t being crazy just talking (over the sound of the jets) trying to relax and have a good time. Also, Some of the pictures are outdated- the hot tub is actually outside not inside and the bedrooms arenā€™t exactly laid out like the pictures so we had to reassign rooms ones we got there since no one wanted to commit to walking 3 flights of stairs to get to their bedroom. The pool was really nice however the alarm system was very obnoxious but once we figured it out it wasnā€™t bad. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed except toilet paper on the first floor, once we arrived and checkout was easy. Everyone we spoke to (employees of elk springs resort) were very nice and a pleasure to work with. Overall it was a great experience.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is advertised as a non-smoking cabin, but the entire place wreaked of cigarette smoke, especially one of the Kings rooms on the second floor. The red carpet is disgusting. There was dried feces or vomit on the wall and floor in the pool bathroom, garbage on the ground surrounding cabin outside. Theater room was not working upon arrival. First maintenance man who came was nice, but wasn't wearing a mask. A second one came back the next day to fix it, he also was nice, but no mask. Pool had cigarette buds floating in it, which was odd because we weren't allowed to use the pool for three hours after checking in because they had just cleaned it; you missed the floating cigarette buds. Other small things: windows are filthy and have a film of dirt on the outside of them, all the decks need to be sprayed down, TV in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Trip was good because of the company. Don't expect luxury when renting this cabin.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very excited about our cabin. We had a group of 13 people 5 of which were kids. We chose Indoor Pool Beauty for the pool and theater room. When we got there everything seemed pretty good at first glance but we were wrong. The pool was filthy and green and full of hair. The washer and dryer were both broke. The fridge leaked. The tv was broke and hanging towards the floor. 2 of the 3 couches are unusable. The kids feet were black from the floors. The jacuzzi tub shot out hair and dirt when turned on. In a bathroom meant for 10 people there was one towel rack. When called they were not helpful. They reimbursed us only for the washer and dryer. We were unable to speak with a supervisor because they were ā€œnever inā€. Do NOT waste your money! They need to clean and maintain their cabins.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I were put in this rental the day before check-in because our original cabin was discovered to have a bug infestation that they could not take care of prior to our arrival. When Elk Springs called to tell me this they said they had another cabin that was comparable to the cabin we initially rented. Comparable means similar or as good as. It was not. Our original cabin had 6 rooms and 6 bathrooms. This cabin only had 5 bedrooms and 3 & a half baths. Two of the bathrooms were in rooms on the second level. While the 3rd was on the main level with entrances from one bedroom and the other from the kitchen. That was difficult to deal with when you have 14 people. The washer and dryer was all in that main level bathroom. The half bath was down where the pool was. One of the rooms was all the way at the top and really was suppose to be just a loft area where you can look out into the woods. They put a bunkbed up there. None of the beds were comfortable. On top of that, on our 6 hour ride to the cabin I received a text saying that check-in time had to be pushed back from 3 to 5 which was okay because we had a little time left before we got there. But when we arrived at 5 the cleaning crew was still there and we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for them to finish. The cabin was also further from a lot of places we had planned to visit when we were planning to stay at the other cabin. We werenā€™t given any extra accommodations for the disruption in our trip. We only got some money back because the second cabin was cheaper than the original. We were only given two options: cancel our trip and get a full refund or go with the other cabin. We had to deal with the other cabin because it was less than 12 hours until we were planning to get on the road. There was no effort to try to properly accommodate us. Our trip wasnā€™t what we had expected and hoped it to be.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weā€™ve stayed with Elk Springs Resort over five times and have always loved the cabins and locations. This particular cabin was in a great spot with beautiful mountain views and the peaceful setting we expect from Elk Springs. Swimming pool and hot tub was great. Theater has very low volume with very basic speaker at the back. However, we were quite disappointed that the property did not include basic essentials ā€” only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay, and no shampoo or body wash provided. For the price and the standard weā€™ve come to expect, these small details made a big difference.Still a lovely stay overall, but hoping management ensures future guests have the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Because of the short stay we couldnā€™t enjoy all the amenities but overall it was a great choice to stay there. The only thing I would recommend the staff to do is put cushions on bench and get larger tvs but I would recommend my family and friends to stay there
