We are sure you and the kids will be entertained after a long day of adventures! The dining table is positioned in the living dining area. The bright and airy master bedroom boasts stunning sea views that can be enjoyed straight from the king size bed or on the terrace accessed by the French doors. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom fitted with a whirlpool bath and a walk-in rainfall shower, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has twin beds which can also be configured as a super king if you prefer. There is plenty of storage with built in wardrobes to bedside tables and chest of drawers. The family bathroom has a double walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

The sweeping decked terrace spans across the front of the apartment, hosting one of the best views in Carbis Bay. Access this sanctuary through the French doors from the living room or master bedroom. There is rattan furniture for four guests ideal to enjoy your meals alfresco whilst looking across to St Ives, Godrevy Lighthouse and the North Cornwall Coastline. Off to the beach? Stroll through the landscaped communal garden to access the beach road that leads down Carbis Bay Beach or venture onto the coastal path to explore the coastline on foot.

Carbis Beach does offer a lift, however this should not be solely relied upon if there is a maintenance/fault as guests will need to use the stairs.

Access Statement – Viridian is accessed via an external flight of stairs consisting of nineteen steps. There is then one further step to the front door.
