Restful, three-bedroom, two full bath home located at 3220 Asbury Ave. The enclosed outdoor shower with hot water is super convenient when you get back from the beach. The convenient location is just a short 3-4 minute walk to the beach (Four beach tags are provided), great restaurants, large playground (OC’s Miracle on 34th Street), mini-market, Dot's Donuts is 1/2 block away, and ice cream shops are within steps.
Please note: Must be 25 years or older to rent. We do not rent our home for Senior week trips.

The cozy beach-themed great room featuring living room, dining area, and kitchen with hardwood floors and granite countertops will comfortably accommodate your group. Enjoy the comfort of central air, convenience of a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and a 55” Smart TV in the living room. There is a dining table for 6, plus 3 stools at the counter.

Our home comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master has a king bed, TV, with sliders that lead to a private deck and an on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk set with a full under a twin with a trundle (sleeps 4). A second bunk room has a full over a full and a trundle (sleeps 5). Equipped with families in mind you will find a pack and play, in the "Boat Room" closet.

There is off street parking for two cars (one in an enclosed garage) which also provides storage for your beach items. Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided for your use.  A stroller, also in the garage, will make your morning walks even more pleasant with little ones.

The spacious front porch is a great place to start your day with a morning cup of coffee, or to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach.

Our home is close to many Ocean City attractions. One and a half blocks away is the beautiful Ocean City beach. Enjoy your time looking for dolphins, building a sand castle, or searching for seashells. Lifeguards are on duty during the day so that you can enjoy playing in the waves! Half a block away you will find Dot's Donuts one way and Churn Ice Cream the other way. The beautiful 34th Street playground is a block and a half away. Take a trolley to the boardwalk which begins at 23rd street. Enjoy delicious boardwalk French fries, Kohr’s Brothers Frozen Custard, Manco/Manco pizza, salt water taffy or funnel cake while strolling along the boards.

Just bring your sheets, towels and food. If you choose to cook, a fully equipped kitchen is at your fingertips. Walk to the beach, tennis, basketball, ice cream, and large playground. Take the trolley to the boardwalk rides, water park, mini golf and shopping.

There are year round events in Ocean City – block parties, festivals, 5K’s, parades, air shows, Christmas events, and many more.
