We provide a starter set of essentials to help you settle in:

• 2 rolls of toilet paper

• 2 rolls of paper towels

• Trash bags

• Hand soap pump at the sink

• 10 oz. Dawn dish soap

• 1 dishwashing washable cloth (no sponges for sanitary reasons)

• 2 dish towels + 2 bar mop towels

• 1 bath towel + 1 washcloth per guest

• 2–3 hand towels based on length of stay

• Laundry detergent (if washer/dryer is available)

• One neighbor (sister property), separated by a privacy fence

• No other cabins in view
• Private drive access off the highway

• Some road noise may be noticeable; noise machines provided for extra comfort

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

• No parties or events

• No smoking or vaping indoors

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Septic system: flush toilet paper only

• Use caution with fire pit during burn bans
