Everyone says this is the perfect rental location. You can walk to everything in just minutes! Night life, galleries, restaurants, and most importantly a ski lift! I had 210K worth of upgrades to the house this past year!. After a long day on the slopes, take in the views from one of the best decks in Old Town, or take a 4-5 minute walk to any bar or restaurant in the city. Just a couple of blocks from downtown, come back for a night of fun in your private hot tub, snuggle up in front of the fireplace and unwind with your favorite tunes, or just watch cable TV in any of the rooms. Whatever your choice is, you'll feel at home and more than welcomed. It's easy to prepare your favorite meals in our well-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and large dining room table.
At night you and your guests can retire and feel absolutely comfortable in your choice of three queen size beds (one upstairs, two downstairs), two twin size beds, or the high-end, oversized sleeper/sofa as you enjoy cathedral ceilings and spacious appointments.

We have rental agreements to verify your rental dates, to abide by house rules, and to be responsible for any damages that occur on the property.
Please be advised that there is No Garage included in this rental, only two parking spots.

PET RULES
Small Dogs Are Welcome - $100 Pet Fee per animal (Non-refundable)
Please make sure you clean up ALL waste after your dog and if there is excessive dog hair, if you fail to clean it, you will be charged extra for cleaning services.
If you have more pets than stated in the contract you will get an EXTRA fee. We have people monitoring the house at all times, so please, ask about pets.

CLEANING
Please put all dishes into the dishwasher before your departure or you will get charged for extra cleaning services. Any cleaning requirements that goes beyond the cleaning service due to your stay will be charged to your account.

We have rental agreements to verify your rental dates, to abide by house rules, and to handle reasonability for any damages that occur on the property.

We had a great stay. Everyone commented on how well the house was appointed-we found everything we needed - flip flops, robes, kitchen utensils and condiments. Also great to have the heated driveway - looked like a big difference maker from other homes given all the snow. House worked great for our group,

The house was everything we could ask for. From the cleanliness, 2 kitchens, comfortable beds, and the house was very well stocked for everything you could possibly need. Access to Main, and the slopes was great as well.

Had a great stay. The house is in a perfect location with walkable access to the slopes (Quittin’ Time and Town Lift) as well as all the downtown shops and restaurants. Extremely well-stocked and thoughtfully set up: kitchens had lots of pantry items, bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper, there were board games available, robes in the bedrooms, and there were even separate towels and a basket of flip flops for the hot tub. The house setup is great for a large group, with two separate living spaces and two kitchens. Loved sitting on the deck in the sun in the afternoons. There are heated mats leading out to the hot tub so when it snowed we did not have to shovel a pathway to be able to get to it. Responsive, friendly host!

Beautiful house, well-appointed with lots of the fine details like tons of tp and paper towels, Kleenex, hand soaps, etc. The fireplaces are beautiful and cozy. The bedrooms are comfy and we slept well. The host communicates very quickly. We experienced two challenges:#1 this house is only ski in/out when Quittin’ Time is open, which it wasn’t. And, we do not really consider a 5-minute walk Ski in/out. #2 the layout is choppy and hard to figure out where to be as a group. The coziest space is on the 2nd floor but there is no table for eating. The best kitchen is on the 3rd floor which is quite a haul from the driveway.Still, we had a great break and enjoyed this house.

Amazing location, fantastic for a group

We had such a nice stay. Home was easy access to and from the mountain and town without a car or bus as long as your comfortable hiking a couple flights of stairs. Rooms were super comfortable and loved having two kitchens for our group. Big and clean hot tub was a perfect end to every day.

Family ski trip

We had a great week at this property, it has everything you could possibly need. We had enough beds for everyone (10 of us) the older teenagers loved having the space downstairs to hang out and have their own space. Centrally located to main st and easy to catch the bus over to deer valley to ski. Would stay again without a doubt.

Great rental

We had 7 friends from Boston stay the weekend and it was one of the best rental properties we’ve stayed in. Quick walk to downtown and plenty of space inside to stay in and do dinner at home instead. Property owner was awesome and very good to us all weekend.

Great location, plenty of room!

We had a group of 12 adults for a family reunion. The location is perfect, close to downtown, and the house was spacious enough that we all felt we had plenty of room. Good communication with the property manager, even though we had no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in Park City

We had a great stay at this house in Park City. Great Location to downtown PC. Clean amenities, comfortable beds, great hot tub. All of the things we look for in a VRBO Ski Condo!The walk up to the Ski in/ski out is not for the faint of heart but the desccription was accurate. Approx 1/2 a block, up 120 stairs and then a block walk and you are adjacent to the Quit N Time run @ PC. Note the run is a blue and would be difficult for beginner skiers. We had 3 families in the house and everyone was very comfortable!

Great House with a great location

Can’t beat 119 steps (up) and a 1/2 block walk to the mountain. House was in great condition, so many rooms all with bathrooms. I’m not sure if the owner of the house was responsible but while there in late March we got 48 feet of fresh powder, but I’ll give them credit. Wound stay again!!

GREAT LOCATION

We had a group of 10 friends stay and skied Park City. Main st is an easy walk and that was the best part being walkable to all shops and restaurants. Slopes are easily accessible up the stairs slightly past the property. We walked with our skis and got onto the town lift without problem! Suzanne is very communicative and did everything she could to make sure we had a great stay. Would stay again!

Incredible spot in Old Town!

My family and I lived in the SLC area a number of years ago - we decided to all meet up again in Park City to spend some time together. Suzanne's place is immaculate - wonderful location, well-appointed, overall amazing. If you're looking for a great place to stay while you're in PC be sure to stay here! Working with the owner was a breeze as well - she's very responsive and genuinely wants to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. Five stars!

Great spot above main st

The property was very nice and functional. Lots of stairs so you also got some built in exercise. The location was great for exploring main st park city and the view from the desk was also great. The driveway is a bit steep so it's best with a higher clearance vehicle. Check in was easy. Host was responsive. Amenities were as described and our stay was comfortable.

Family Ski Vacation

Suzanne and team were always responsive to questions and responded very quickly through out the booking process as well as during our arrival and stay!!! The house was comfortable and met our needs for seven adults and two teenagers. Two kitchens (one on top floor one on bottom) was benefit and we generally did Bfast on bottom floor and snacks and dinner prep upstairs. Would certainly leverage Suazanne and team at this location on a future visit -:)

Great Location, Amazing Deck View and Responsive Owner

Great house and only about 100 stairs to Main St! Suzanne (owner) was very responsive! We had an issue with the house not being ready on time so had to go find a hotel the first night but she made it right and got everything taken care of and we had a great rest of our stay! Not ideal but clear that she cared and was on top of it. No garage which could be a problem if it snows. Views from the deck were the highlight!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately I had to change cleaning services because once a year they miss a scheduled cleaning and it is a huge issue. Usually we verify cleaning but it can't ever happen that the cleaning is missed. When someone is in at 3pm I can correct the problem but this time it was midnight and you can't get the cleaning people there to correct their issue.

Perfect Location & Ski Trip w kids/friends.

Perfect ski trip! 4 families stayed w kids w plenty of room to spread out. Well taken care house & owner sent over handyman quickly when door of kids shared bath wouldn't lock. Nicely decorated & taken care of. House is very close to main street and was easy walk to shops & restaurants. Was nice having 2 kitchens to make food for all the families. Downstairs sitting room is where we always gathered. Kids love hot tub. They provided enough supplies toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning, cooking salts etc we didn't need to get more. We had transfer to house w "Hall Transport" use them they were great! didn't need car easy to get Uber back to house after dinner. We got in early and owner allows up to drop off bags before check in. If you are there for film festive the stairs down from house lead right to theater. We didn't use ski in ski out trail due to kids. It would have been chore for the parents walking up and down the steep flight of stairs w everyone's gear. But if you can use it! Renting at park city sports at the town lift base was awesome you can leave your snow boots grab skis every am and drop off in pm. easy walk in am to lift. "TAKE" free trolley back up main street to stair access to house. Walking it first day was exhausting! We will be back and will stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay in PC while attending the Sundance Film Festival. The house was very nice, well appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was very close to historic Main Street/ restaurants/shops/ bars but do be prepared to climb two sets of long steep stairs to get back up to the house! Family trip

Our family planned a trip for a surprise engagement, skiing and also Thanksgiving holiday together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a perfect location for quick access to shopping, skiing and exploring the town. We have stayed in many places but Suzanne has by far more of the essentials needed than any other home we have stayed. She was very accommodating for our family and helpful with our additions needs since we were traveling three babies. I would definitely recommend her home to anyone. Thank you again!!!

House condition

House is well appointed. Kitchens are full of cooking items. Best VRBO House in terms of kitchen items. Plenty of towels and blankets. The two kitchens worked well for our family and my sons family. Furniture was dusty but clean other than that.

Beautifully updated home

This home was perfect for our needs. Our extended family of 11 stayed here comfortably during a wedding event in Park City. The home is well located a few steep blocks above the old town which worked very well for us. While we didn't do a lot of cooking, it is very well equipped for doing so. Plenty of bathroom space for all and nicely updated. Top notch!

There is plenty to do in Park City with lots of ski areas that could be visited and during Summer time there is breathtaking mountain biking, hiking and golfing.
Park City is always filled with activities for any time of the season. I have 20 years of experience renting in Park City and 35+ years managing properties elsewhere!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location of this house is ideal; it is just a 2 block walk to main street and much of the nightlife and a short walk ( 2 flights of stairs) to the ski lift. We have two kitchens and plenty of bedrooms, making it perfect for multi-family trips! We also allow pets, so feel free to bring them along! Beautiful mountain views, with a hot tub and grill.
