Living room: A cosy space with two double sofa beds, TV and large dining table, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the capital.

Kitchen: A modern, open-plan kitchen fully equipped with hob, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine.

Master bedroom: A spacious bedroom with double bed, TV and private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: An elegant room with double bed and TV.

Bedroom 3: A charming room with double bed and TV.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms equipped with showers, gel kits, shampoo and hairdryers.

Toilets: Three toilets, two are located in the bathroom and one is separated.

Additional amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the bedrooms only, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* Air conditioning is fitted in the bedrooms but not in the living room, where the sofa beds are: during summer heatwaves it can get very hot there, and guests sleeping in the living room may find it hard to sleep.
* The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift: carrying luggage up the stairs takes some effort, and it is not suitable for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility.
* Soundproofing from the neighbours is poor: in particular, you can hear footsteps from the apartment upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, please take this into account.
* The windows have no shutters: outside light comes in at night.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will have 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) on a quiet street in the 11th arrondissement, a few minutes' walk from Richard-Lenoir metro station and close to Bastille and the Marais, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, a large table for the whole group, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
