Great place to spend the week with my husband and young daughter. We liked that it was a residential neighborhood and not hectic. Very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Also only a few blocks from the metro. I loved having the three rooms where we could spread out. Host was very responsive and we were allowed to drop our bags a few hours before check in.

Our host Victor was outstanding! As soon as we sent him a question, he would respond quickly and panswer our concerns. If necessary, he would send the general maintenance person, who in turn, gave us his personal cell so we could continue him directly. Victor and his staff were effective and efficient! The A/C worked great and the condo was comfortable.

The apartment was as described, clean and located in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty to see and do. If we had one suggestion for the owner/host it would be to have more mirrors. There was no mirror in the bathroom by the kitchen and it would have been very useful.

We had a great stay in Paris. Plenty of food options right outside the door. Easy metro from Voltaire station a block away and easy for cabs or walking to all the sites in Paris. The kitchen is well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for all the showers. One of the water heaters would kick offline but a quick Google search was all we needed to get it back online. Friendly neighbors.

Beautiful location with the right amount of space for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We could do laundry and have meals at home. The hot water heaters trip the breaker if they’re both on at the same time. Luckily my husband figured out how to fix the situation. The host also responded with instructions after we discovered there was no hot water. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful 7 nights stay over Thanksgiving. The host was very accommodating and let us drop our luggage ahead of check-in time. We had an issue with water heater in one shower and he immediately responded with the fix. Shared with us some great restaurant list. The location is fantastic.

Great week in Paris

Love the neighborhood and easy walking distance to the Metro. The area was very safe. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which is located in a quiet, non touristy neighborhood of Paris with excellent access to the Metro (3 stations in walking distance). The area itself has all the amenities one could need - grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants both sit down and takeaway. While somewhat oddly configured, the apartment itself was clean, has all the basic features one might need, comfortable beds, and easy access. The booking process was easy and the directions and communication with the owner were excellent.

Wonderful place to stay

This place worked wonderfully for our group! It was located perfectly. It was close to the metro, grocery store and food. The host was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.

Great VRBO with central A/C !!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Lots of room and the A/C was great. Very nice accommodations. Nice central location. Cute courtyard.

Great place

Great location and very nice apartment. The check in/out procedure was easy and flawless and communication with the company was great. The apartment is a bit unusual with a long hallway with bathrooms and then a right turn with another long hallway with the bedrooms. All told the apartment makes 3/4 of a square. I'd definitely stay there again.

Location near subway stations and market and pharmacy across the street was great! Loved the multiple bathrooms! Outer walls are pretty thin. Great to have AC although we didn't need it even in August, being on the ground floor. Most of the stores in the neighborhood were closed probably because locals are traveling during August. Would def recommend!

Great location

The place was very clean and the location was perfect. We had to check out in the morning and our other place wasn't ready until the afternoon. They were so kind to let us leave our bags at the place until the afternoon and the cleaning lady even waited for us to get there to make it easier. I cannot say enough good things at how accommodating they were to make our stay comfortable.

Awesome ground floor flat with quiet private courtyard.

This ground level flat was perfect for our stay. Three bedrooms gave us all privacy and the two showers and 2 toilets were a plus! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was a winner! The neighborhood was great and being in the impassse got away from the street noise and traffic. We felt safe the whole trip. I would not recommend for 8 people as it is promoted. We would definetely stay there again!

great area and sufficiently space apartment. But windows with frosted glas only and in most of the sleeping rooms not to open. Fine if weather is good and you can stay outside. But situation when you sit around the table in the kitchen feels strange if can not look outside.

Wonderful stay!

The apartment was exactly as listed. It was very clean and the two showers & two toilet rooms were a plus. The appliances were new and all worked well. The neighborhood was full of delightful cafes & shops. We traveled by bus and metro seemlessly with short walks to both. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning perfect. We were a family of four & very comfortable. The evenings were quiet which we appreciated, yet walking distance to authentic Parisian nightlife if desired. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Paris Olympic trip

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at this apartment in the 11th ARR. It was very convenient to two metro stations and many restaurants all within walking distance, but yet the place was tucked away in a quiet space. The apartment had air conditioning and two full bathrooms which was a definite must for our group. It was a nice bonus to have a washer as well! The owner was responsive to questions in a timely manner — we would definitely stay again! Merci!!

The apartment is lovely. It's in a quiet neighborhood with lots of fantastic local food options close and shopping just a few blocks away. Our host was friendly, responsive, and always helpful. We appreciated that the location was protected by a gated courtyard where we sat in the evenings/nights talking about our daily adventures. As an American, I initially considered the layout of the apartment a little odd. But after the first day, we realized the separate showers and toilets were just what the five of us needed. The AC is cold, the kitchen is well equipped to cook there, and the beds were comfortable. We definitely felt safe all week. The main tourist stops were just a short drive away. We wanted to experience typical Parisian life for a week, and this place allowed us to do just that.

GREAT APARTMENT CLOSE TO ALOT

This is an excellent apartment with everything you need. It was more than engouh room for a family of 4. The seperated bathrooms were a bonus. Apartment was very clean and looked new. The owner was very helpful on any question i had. Check in was a breeze with a keypad lock and great instructions. The apartment is located within many restaurants, stores, and cafes in walking distance. Safe neighborhood feeling even at night. Apartment is down an alley and in a mini complex but its gated and really quite. We took uber everywhere and all main attraction was about 20 for the uber esch way. Would definitely recommend staying here
