Welcome to our beach home away from home. Enjoy the PEARL of Navarre with It's beautiful white sand beach and breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico that has the beautiful turquois and emerald green water. The Pearl offers two swimming pools, one heated and a wonderful spa you will love to relax in. Our location is what makes the Pearl so attractive. We are connected to Pensacola Beach via the National Seashore. You will enjoy the serenity of the seashore while driving the beach road where you will see the wonderful beach life that include dolphin, pelicans, sea turtles, sea birds and abundant sea life. Once you arrive in Pensacola Beach you will find additional restaurants and activities. There are plenty of activities if you never leave Navarre Beach Island. We have the longest fishing pier in Florida. There are several restaurants to choose from within a very short distance. The grocery stores are very convenient with Publix, Winn Dixie, and a Walmart Super Store.

Fabulous Beaches - Navarre beach is family oriented and has been rated one of the best beaches in the United States and is #1 in best restored beaches. We boast about our 322 sunshine days a year!

Our third-floor condo, is always in the process of re-furnishing and decorating. With 1378 square feet of living space plus 156 SF of covered lanai off the living room and master bedroom, it is perfect for family or friends to spend a beautiful beach vacation together. There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and 2 Queen beds in the guest bedroom that can also be a Master Suite by closing off the great room with a pocket door allowing you a private bathroom. There is an inflatable bed available upon request. There is new furniture as of 4/15/2018
There are 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors on gulf side, The master bath is huge and has a separate walk in shower. The jetted tub is big enough for two! Of course there is a washer and dryer and we are a child friendly condominimum!

The location of the room and the set up on the condo space was better than we anticipated. The 3rd floor condo balcony and master bedroom had a perfect view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. If we come back to Navarre Beach we would book this same room as it was perfect for our family needs.

Excellent!

We absolutely loved the comfort and beauty of the condo - size, beds, seating in the living room, view of the gulf and beach, and the fact that it overlooked the pools. We also loved the size of the balcony. The air conditioner worked very well, we felt cool inside, just like we love it.Will definitely stay here again.

Family vacay

It was our first time staying at The Pearl in Navarre, the condo was clean and as advertised in the pictures, there were a couple accommodations that weren’t up to par (the dryer took a little time, the smaller refrigerator didn’t get cold) but no major complaints. Kudos to the host for having EVERYTHING and more in the kitchen for our stay!

We enjoyed our trip everything was good . Nice view easy check in and out. Very clean ..only thing was the wifi code didn't work but that was ok found other things to do we didn't come to watch t v anyway.. will stay again .thanks and Happy New Year.

Beautiful, clean...perfection!!

The pictures do not do this beautiful condo justice! The cleanliness is top-notch, appliances are updated and the building itself is wonderful. We enjoyed the pools and the hot tub. There was plenty of room for us all to sleep (4 adults, 3 kids). We can't wait to visit again.

Wonderfully appointed beach condo

Very clean, well maintained, nicely appointed kitchen. Very comfortable bed and bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with a monster ice maker. Sue was a wonderful host and we had a wonderful trip!

Nice clean condo . Beautiful view. Love that it is an area that is not touristy.

Loved the area. Condo has everything you need . Not crowded always chairs available around the pools. Good seafood at shrimp basket and best burger at johnny hustons and of course ice cream every night from Culver's these are only a short drive from condo. Loved this trip and hope to come back soon.

HAD A BLAST IN FLORIDA!!!!

My BFF and I rented this condo and it was perfect. I have a 4 year old son and she has twin 14 year old boys and there was never a dull moment. It is in the most perfect location you can imagine. So quiet and the beach is beautiful. We were there for a whole week and will be back next year for sure.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Pearl’ in this unit. Everything was perfect. No surprises….everything was exactly as stated. We spend a week at Navarre Beach every year with family, but this was our first time to stay here. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay-Lovely Property

We had 4 adults & 2 toddlers in our party & had a wonderful time. Everything we needed was available. Sue even had some new bbq tools delivered & waiting on the counter for us to use. The choice of a regular pool, heated pool or hot tub were nice to use when the waves were a little rough for the toddlers & grandparents to handle. The beds were comfortable & the view spectacular. This is our 1st time in this unit & hopefully not our last. Suggestions would be a new dryer (this one would not dry a load of towels after 3 cycles & cleaning the filter out each time). The dishwasher worked most of the time but does need replacing soon. Thanks for a lovely & comfortable stay in your condo. We hope to be back next year God willing.

Amazing Experience!

The Pearl was perfect! The owner was very kind and the condo was clean and stocked with all the essentials needed, the pictures online do not do the condo justice, it is bigger than shown in pictures, the master bathroom was huge! We had a great week of weather too, everyone we interacted with was very friendly! We will definitely be back in the future! 10 out of 10 stars for this property.

Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Pearl! Our condo was perfect. Updated and well-kept amenities, comfy beds (really comfy!), and convenient 3rd-floor placement so the stairs are a nice option--especially since there are only two elevators on the property. The staff worked very diligently to keep the public areas clean and safe and the beach service was fantastic. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed soaking up the sun, long beach walks, and playing in the water. Thanks, Sue, for your kind and hospitable service!

We live at the Pearl of Navarre Beach most of the year and love the beach and especially this beach community.

Navarre Beach has the best beaches we have found. The white sand and clear water are unbelievable, and there is nothing like sitting on our balcony enjoying the late afternoon sunset.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

All of the conveniences are within walking distance or a few minutes drive without the traffic. Fun activities for children have been recently added to the area such as a park and water slide. This is a great biking location for the whole family.
