• Two queen size full bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the third room.
• A sleeping capacity of 6: 2-3 adults and 2-3 children.
• Good stock of everything you will need for your stay – clean sheets/linens, paper supplies, towels, beach mats & chairs.
• Modern day kitchen with appliances, utensils, countertop and dining area.
• 2 decks. Lower deck has a dining table with chairs.
• Upper deck has comfortable outdoor couches - Lounge + Bask + Stretch. Love nice summer Okanagan days. My family loves to gaze at stars.
• Upper deck has a no-fuss propane powered fire pit/table.
• FREE Wi-Fi, TV, Central Air Conditioner, Washer & Dryer
• Grill + Sip – BBQ by the Lower Deck – Improvise grill rubs & add fresh herbs, spices, and whatever else

• Kids are here for H2O fun & adrenaline rush, period.
• Bring in the water play, water fun, water toys & water sports – you are so close to the Okanagan Lake shoreline
• You will revel in the crystal blue lake for endless hours - swim, jump bounce, tumble, & splash into the water – soak sunshine & jump again.
• Ours is a gated community and part of La Casa Lakeside Cottage Resort. Enjoy all of the resort on-site amenities.
• An activity park featuring a pool, two hot tubs, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground, a mini-putt golf course, BBQ's & Family Picnic Areas.
• Water trampolines set the scene(summer time) on the Lake – Hop, Bounce, Bounce & Bounce some more!!

• Enjoy the splendor of sunrise from cottage deck or room – the shimmer and glitter on the ripples at the lake.
• With beachfront to the tranquil forest behind you, unplug from the compulsion to be busy – Check in with yourself.
• Ok, chuckle time!! Go to deck and hold your loved one. My girls dared me to sing the song “My Heart Will Go On” as they joined me in chorus. Slip out of the cares of the outside world.
