Family Holiday

The pool and gardens were beautiful and tended extremely well. Lovely flowers and shrubs everywhere. Lots of beds chairs and seating areas, also plenty choices of large tables to have meals. The bedding could have been a better quality.

Beautiful gardens and pool. Plenty equipment and beds around the pool. Fabulous outdoor kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms slightly tired. Could do with a refit but all very clean.

Loved the stay at Villa Rosaleda

We were a family of 8 adoults and 2 children who had booked a week at Villa Rosaleda. We were extremely happy with the Villa with it´s beautiful garden and spacius house. The pool is very nice. The two large verandas were cozy gathering points for the whole family and could be chosen according to where the sun was.The contact with Dream Villas was easy and with very fast response time. We highly recommend both Villa Rosaleda and Dream Villas Pollensa. Only one thing - the cutting knives in the kitchen were absolutely dull :-)

Our perfect vacation

This was our second stay in villa Rosaleda which we found to be ideal for a family of 6 adults and 5 children. Lovely mature and well tended gardens by the friendly gardener. The highlight was the superb pool with jacuzzi which kept the kids fully occupied. An ideal location close to both Pollença town and port but would highly recommend a hire car. Thanks to the excellent communication and advice given by Luis of Dream Villas. We did accidentally forget to switch off the lighting in the pool shelter one evening. There was no additional charge but a timer switch would be useful to avoid electrical wastage.

For our whole group, this vacation felt like being on a ranch.

We really enjoyed the beautiful mountain view and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect – far enough from the city to enjoy the tranquility of nature, yet still close enough to reach the city quickly if needed. In the mornings, we loved waking up to the sound of roosters, which added a charming countryside feel to our stay. The absolute favorite for everyone was the poolside area and the barbecue corner, where it was lovely to relax and spend the evenings. As a bonus, we really appreciated the jacuzzi in the pool – it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Actually, we loved everything. It really felt like we were living on a ranch, which was such a cool and unique experience. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay at your place — everything was clean, and we truly appreciated the warm welcome we received. Everything was great.

A 3 family holiday

This villa is a home, tastefully built and maintained, well serviced by the management team and well appointed. We found the grounds and pool beautiful with regular reviews of water cleanliness by the owner and his teams . Luis was always available on the telephone to guide us and to advise of good eating places. The set up of the upstairs being totally separate suited us with a family of 5 being self sufficient . W encountered some minor frustrations with A/C but everything else worked perfectly. We have stayed in more luxurious establishments but this was traditional and well maintained . A good find for a group with 3 cars looking for access inland besides the beach. A gas barbecue would have encouraged us to stay in for evenings around the pool . Recommendation brochure for eating out your verbal comments were good .

El tipo de lugar que hace que vuelvas

Una buena base para desconectar La Rosaleda en Pollença es una villa cómoda y funcional, ideal para quienes buscan tranquilidad sin estar completamente aislados. Tiene lo esencial bien cubierto: buena ubicación, espacios amplios y un jardín muy agradable para las tardes. La piscina suma puntos y el entorno es muy relajante, con las montañas de fondo. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, sin excesos decorativos, pero con detalles prácticos que se agradecen. La cocina permite cocinar cómodamente, y la zona exterior es perfecta para cenar al aire libre. Está cerca del centro de Pollença y a un corto trayecto en coche de varias calas espectaculares. Si buscas calma y comodidad sin complicaciones, es una buena elección.

Wij hadden het geluk in de mei vakantie deze prachtige villa te kunnen huren voor een gunstige prijs

Het is een groot huis (eigenlijk 2 aparte woningen/apartementen), met een prachtig aangelegde tuin, een mooi zwembad en een geweldige buiten kamer met barbecue en aparte koelkast. Alles is heel erg goed onderhouden en ziet er top uit. Er wordt duidelijk veel aandacht besteed aan het onderhoud en in perfecte staat houden van deze mooie villa door Dream Villa’s. Je zit heerlijk rustig, maar je bent overal binnen afzienbare tijd. Genoeg te zien en te beleven! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Hartelijk dank voor deze fantastische week in deze prachtige woning. Onze complimenten aan jullie voor de goede zorgen en de wijze waarop jullie het beheer uitvoeren.
