The property overall was as described. Great location. It could be cleaner. We were provided 1 drying towel and 3 rolls of toilet paper. Apparently you provide the rest. The communication about check in, wifi, where to put garbage and other general needs when one uses VRBO was terrible. It would be very helpful to have a small pamphlet or something with an email or phone number to have to ask questions, have the wifi info, garbage info and general needs. (I used the phone number provided but never got an answer). I did get answers via email but not the same day.

This charming apartment is in a prime location in Reykjavik, with all the sights within easy walking distance. There are multiple restaurants and grocery stores nearby. And a parking spot behind the house makes it very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. One small FYI is around the street noise. I would recommend ear plugs at night, as you are street level and it is a semi busy street.
