Ideally located, this charming apartment is in the heart of Paris and surrounded by the most beautiful Parisian monuments. You are just a 5-minute walk from Jardins des Tuileries, Place Vendôme, and a mere 10 minutes to the Louvre and Galeries Lafayette.

Authentic local cafes, restaurants, shops surround the apartment and being only 2 streets away from rue de Rivoli and la Concorde, assures that you are close to everything and can circulate easily throughout all Paris has to offer.

Conveniently there are 2 metro stops nearby which are Pyramid Metro Station (3-minute walk) or Tuileries Metro Station (5-minute walk). A short distance to the Seine means you have easy access to the beautiful water boat tours operating day and night. Enjoy the sites by day and return to your luxurious and quiet apartment by night.

This elegant 2 bedroom (one bedroom is the loft) apartment is in an 18th-century building and there are a long list of amenities and can assure you that we have just what every traveler needs and expects. Besides our apartment being sparkling clean, some of the services and Amenities that I include are: *1st bedroom with queen bed * 2nd bedroom is the loft area that has 2 twin beds that can comfortably be converted into a king bed * 1.5 bathrooms with the rare full tub and shower *Separate Water Closet *Complimentary Wi-Fi *Land line with free local calls *Clothes washer and dryer *Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker *1.5 bathrooms with a rare full tub & shower with plenty of fluffy towels *hairdryer *Non-Smoking!

The apartment is on the first floor (2nd by American standards) and boasts an 11ft (3.75m) high ceilings with gorgeous original wood beams, parquet flooring, fireplace, modern fully equipped kitchen and a big combined living /dining room space. This “Old World Feel” 18th century apartment with beautiful views can accommodate up to 4 people and is amazingly quiet!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Paris!The space was beautifully decorated and very well cared for, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family of four traveling with two teenagers.The location could not have been better. The Christmas Market in the Tuileries was just steps away, and both the Louvre Museum and the Musée d’Orsay were only a short walk from the apartment. It was also incredibly convenient for exploring the rest of Paris, with easy access to the metro stops, water taxis, and Ubers. The neighborhood itself is lovely, filled with great cafes, restaurants, and shops.Lisa was a fantastic host. She was flexible with our travel schedule and provided excellent recommendations that really enhanced our visit. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

The property has an excellent location, close to the Louvre and Gardens and within wlaking distance of many of the attractions as well as the metro. The apartment is well equipt with cooking and washing facilities and the TV allows you to access your Netflix and Disney+ accuonts. My daughter loved the loft bedroom, although the bed in the main bedroom is rather hard. There is an excellent range of restaurants, cafes, shops and bakeries in the roads around the apartment. We had an excellent week in Paris and would highly recommend the apartment.

Parisian visit

My parents and I loved our stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean. Location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. Many great restaurants and other attractions were within a very brief walk. We received great advice from the owners about our stay, and the property manager was easy to work with and helpful.

Home away from home....

My sister and I stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 weeks in October. The apartment was perfectly set up for us. The bed and pullout couch had firm mattresses and were very comfortable to sleep on. We didn’t use the beds in the loft and I would recommend them for kids who would love to climb up and down the ladder. At our “mature” age, we would find it difficult to use, especially at night. The kitchen has a microwave, a cooktop and oven which were handy for cooking our meals and the fridge was full-size. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 3 minute walk to the Monoprix grocery/department store on rue Opéra. The Pyramid metro stop is a half block past the Monoprix. The Louvre is a 5 minute walk and we enjoyed walking through the Tuileries Gardens next to it. It is also about a 10 minute walk from the Palais Garnier Opéra on rue Opéra. This is where the Roissy Bus drops off tourists coming from the CDG airport and where you pick it up to go back to the airport. It’s the best mode of transport to and from the airport and costs approx. 16 euros. It is very quiet at night with few cars going by. The apartment building is next to a primary school, so from 9 am during the week you can hear the children playing outside in the enclosed schoolyard. I was sleeping on the pullout couch and it didn’t bother me as I was awake by then, but if you are a late riser it may be good to know. We loved this apartment and it felt like we were coming "home" at the end of the day.

Olympics Dream Vacation

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at this wonderful apartment in the heart of Paris. We had an extended stay through the Olympic Games and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The apartment accommodations were everything we needed for our family stay. Our boys (6 and 9) loved the loft and the pull out sofa was great for our 14yo daughter. The bedroom was comfortable for my wife and I and we felt like we had plenty of space (by big city standards). The apartment is walking distance to multiple Metro stations so getting around the city was a breeze with the Citymapper app. A nearby Monoprix was a daily stop for anything we needed in the grocery department and the countless restaurants nearby were so fun to explore. We had some core memories as a family here and will absolutely be back to visit!

Great little flat in the heart of Paris

Nice little place up a quiet alley a short walk from Tuileries and the Louvre. Well kept, nicely furnished. Communication prior to check in was very good. Check in process was friendly and efficient. They were very laid back about the check out process. Beds were a little too firm for our taste, but that seems typical in Europe. Definitely would recommend.

Quiet, comfortable, centrally located

Brigitte was very accommodating, and attentive, allowing us to check in earlier. The location is unbeatable. All the sites to see are literally minutes from the apt. The Metro and bus systems are flawless, and all nearby. Grocery shopping is around the corner, and so are restaurants, coffee shops etc. Apt is on the first floor, not too many steps, comfortable, beds are comfortable, kitchen is set up with your basic needs in terms of pans and plates and utensils. Thank you Lisa and Brigitte for a great experience in Paris.

Charming Paris apartment in a fabulous location!

This was the perfect apartment to stay in for our family of 4 adults! The location can't be beat! The owner, Lisa, was great with communication and sends you a wealth of information after you book. The apartment manager, Brigitte, was wonderful to work with and so very helpful too! The apartment has everything you need. Book this apartment and you won't be disappointed!

Location, Location

Located between the Louvre and the Opera House on a quiet side street. Apartment has high ceilings and big windows. It is nicely decorated and kitchen has all conveniences including large fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. Great Paris Apartment

Family of 5 that were able to sleep comfortably and quietly in a neighborhood 2 blocks from the Louvre. Kitchen equipment was stocked and ready if needed. We only ate out since it is Paris! Easy entry and exit. Pretty apartment that really gives the feeling of living in Paris.

Perfection in Paris

Many many thank yous to Lisa and Bridget for an amazing stay in Paris. Lisa was continually easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would only want to use her the next time we visit. Bridget was so flexible and very welcoming after our long journey. The apartment was in the BEST location-only minutes from the Louvre and Christmas market. Everything was perfect. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed.Merci!

Perfectly located home away from home

Our family had a wonderful time in Paris! The apartment was within a short walk to the Louvre and Metro stations. Very close to a grocery store, coffee shop and shopping. The bathroom was large enough to not feel cramped, with the toilet located separately which was convenient with our family of four. Our 10 year olds loved the loft sleeping area but I could see it might be cramped for older teens. The place had everything we needed, was very clean, and Walter who checked us in was very helpful, even responding to questions we had while we were there. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Location, Location, Location

If you want to be in the city of Paris and experience the sites and the shopping and the food that Paris has to offer there’s no better location! The apartment is a short walking distance to the Louvre, the Seine River, the Opera House, all of the shopping you can imagine from Chanel and Louis Vuitton to the souvenir shops and tons of restaurants to chose from! The apartment is perfect for families, despite being near all the hustle in bustle the apartment is quiet and serene. As a family of 5 it was nice having a separate water closet and shower so everyone can get ready in the morning fairly quickly. The kitchen has all essential appliances needed. Brigitte was fabulous! She was responsive and explained everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay! Definitely would stay here again if we get an opportunity to visit Paris again!

Perfect set up and location

This apartment was quintessential Paris for us. It was in a very central location, yet a quiet street. Felt extremely safe given 3 doors needed to be unlocked to get into the apartment. Easy walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Musee de l'orangerie. About 3 blocks from the Tuliere Gardens and the most magical ferris wheel ride ever (do at sunset....the views are spectacular)! Our stay was truly phenomenal.

Great apartment, excellent host!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is great and is just as advertised. The location is very good, it's very clean, the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the shower and it stopped working. The host secured a plumber to fix it promptly, but then the plumber canceled. As a result and without waiting to be asked, the host booked us a hotel room (at her own expense) in a hotel just a couple of doors away so that we could take showers. This was so thoughtful and generous!

Comfortable and cute

Listing was accurate, steps away from great restaurants, the Louvre, cafes. Patricia was warm and helpful at check in and supervised repair of the washing machine while we were out on the town which made it easy for us. Loved it. Great place to stay.

We loved it. Just like the photos. The loft space was ideal for our daughters… they were so cozy up there. The property owner is a great communicator and was really flexible about check in/check out times. We would stay here again!
