Duplex 70m², for 8 persons, with a terrace of 30m² overlooking the roofs of Paris (Eiffel Tower views, and a terrace of 9m² also overlooking the roofs of Paris (Eiffel Tower view and Sacred Heart / Montmartre). The terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas etc.)

All equipped to be self-contained (kitchen, cable TV, high speed internet fiber etc.).

Well located in the center of Paris: between Grand Boulevard and Exchange, it is well connected.

AC wasn’t necessary - the location was superb - lots of shops and restaurants - very walkable and with nearby Metro stations it’s easy to get to any part of the city.

Rooms very clean the host was accommodating and the air conditioning work well. The only complaint i have is no american style coffee pot only had a small Keurig.

This place location is just near to everything that I wanted to hit. There is a hiccup here and there during my stay but overall, I like the location a lot.

Family vacation

We stayed here with six adults and there was plenty of room. The view from the rooftop deck was better than in the in the pictures. We had an amazing time.

Well appointed apartment, in great location

Rooftop terrace was outstanding; watched the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur light up every night. Good location, near metro, and steps away from Passages de Panoramas. Well appointed, comfortable beds. Worked well for two couples.

Grandchildren-you only live twice

This is a very good location for our day trips within Paris. It is quiet at night and the elevator saved grandparent's knees. Comfortable for 8 and roof top view at night gave us our memory picture as the Eiffel tower spot light rotated through the moisture in the air, turning the light into a blue light sabre over the city.

Excellent location - close to Metro stops and not a far walk to the Louvre, etc. Flat was clean and comfortable. A/C worked great. Building has an elevator which is great since the flat is several floors up on the top floor. However, be aware that the elevator's last stop is one floor below so you'll have to carry your bags up one flight of stairs which wasn't the end of the world. Also, be aware that the elevator is very small and can only fit three people (with no baggage and squeezed in). We did have access to the rooftop deck (it was in the process of being renovated before we came). The rooftop deck views are absolutely amazing - the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse Tower & Sacre Couer. Great place for sunset wine and cheese! Just be aware that to get to the deck, you have to go up a tight spiral staircase so it might be a challenge for people with mobility issues (or if you've had too much wine). All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.

Ideal lodging!

A wonderful and convenient location, comfortable and well-described rooms and areas, great a/c, a big plus to have the two full bathrooms, and overall just perfect! We had two couples in the two bedrooms, another person upstairs on the comfortable double futon, and a child slept on the sofa (which expands). And, of course, the rooftop was amazing, at all hours!

Location, location, location!!!

The location and views for this property cannot be beat! The rooftop view of Eiffel and Sacré Coeur is spectacular! Proximity to passages, Galleria, Louve, and numerous restaurants and bars is a real plus! Owner is very responsive to your needs. Upstairs room and bathroom was so nice for our adult son. We appreciate Pascal and his hospitality!

3 nights in Paris

Property is in the Vivienne neighborhood next to the Opera hall. Close to main streets with lots of dining options and super markets. Easy to use public transport as metro line is one block away from the apartment.

Lovely apartment

Loved location and ability to fit people of various ages in apartment. Lovely top floor apartment. Elevator available though still need to walk up one flight of stairs.

Spacious, top location and great views

We had a brilliant stay. The property is spacious (we stayed with 4 adults and 2 children), a great lively neighbourhood, close to metro, the louvre by foot, and the most incredible views of the eiffel tower and sacre couer from the rooftop - the photos don't do it justice. Thanks very much!

4 nights in Paris

Great location. Easy check in. Easy to work with manager/owner. Would stay hear again. If you are using the bedroom in the loft you have to be able to climb up a small steep set of spiral stairs. My 21 year old daughter and my wife and I who are in our 50's could do it easily. But if you are elderly and need to get up there, I would not recommend it. The view from the deck was fabulous. I would highly recommend this place.

The location is fantastic. the rooftop is sensational, and will be even better when the chairs and table that are already there, are unwrapped and available for use. But if you're planning on sleeping up to 8 people, as the property states, be aware that there will be no privacy and no protection from light for 4 of those sleepers. Curtains and window treatments are not in place for the 3rd bedroom, or the lounge area. There is a toolkit on site. That's handy; because we had to tighten chair legs and benches for safety. Drawers in both the kitchen and bathroom are quite rickety. Fortunately, they held out for the 2 weeks we were there. It's a great apartment, but it would benefit from some attention to detail and basic instructions for the users about the appliances, heating and AC. would we return? You bet. But we'd ask more questions next time.

Paris Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in central location. We feel safe as only guests with code can enter the building. The rooftop is wonderful. We have 8 people. For Paris, the apartment is decent size and nicely decorated . Pascal always responded promptly. We had to buy additional soap, shampoo, and toilet papers but it’s no big deal. The dryer took very long to dry (3-4 hrs for a small load) so we did not use much because of that. Other than that, it’s a great experience. Thank you.

Best location for visiting paris

The apt is right in the center of paris( second district). It has two terraces on the roof top and we could see tour Eiffel . The check in instructions are so clear and easy to follow . The apt is so clean and has everything you need, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, laundry machine…. We all love it and will come back again. It is so close to subway station , super market monoprix. The direction to the apt by subway is so clear too. Pascal, the owner, responded to you very quickly and helpful. Nothing negative you can say about this apt. Anne

Great Location, Helpful Host – Some Disruption Due to Construction

We had a mostly enjoyable stay at this centrally located Paris apartment. The owner was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.Due to ongoing construction in the building, we were informed just a week before arrival that one of the bedrooms and the rooftop patio would be off-limits — disappointing given we had booked 12 months in advance. The rooftop in particular seemed to be a highlight for other guests in past reviews, so it was unfortunate not to be able to access it. To accommodate the reduced space, the owner arranged access to the apartment next door, which addressed the issue.The construction was quite noisy during the day, and one night someone climbed the scaffolding, but the owner responded quickly and ensured it was secured.The air conditioning in the bedrooms was excellent during a hot week, and we were able to drop our luggage early, which was a big help. The ceilings are quite low, especially for taller guests, but manageable. The TVs weren’t Smart TVs and some weren’t connected to aerials — not a major issue, but upgrading them would be a nice improvement.Overall, a well-located apartment with strong communication and practical support when issues came up.

We booked our stay a year before the trip. We loved the pictures of the rooftop! It was our main reason for choosing this home. Unfortunately a month before our trip the host informed us that the roof would not be useable because it was under construction. He was generous to offer us a small discount and a smaller apartment on the same floor. When we arrived there was scaffolding right outside the windows and the entrance to the roof (& upper floor) were only closed off by a tarp. The biggest issue by far was being woken up to very loud construction almost every morning of our trip as well as having workers directly outside our window offering very little to no privacy (especially for our guest who was sleeping on the sofa couch). We also had to have workers in the apartment multiple times on the trip. Our host was very friendly and welcoming and we appreciate the discount/extra room provided but this was clearly not a time that the home should have been rented out. When the construction is completed we’re sure that the place would be perfect (we might even stay again) unfortunately for our trip the apartments really should not have been rented out for guests. Check out time says 1pm on the app and a cleaning person arrived at 10am and said it was check out time. We were able to quickly pack our things but it was an issue. We appreciate our host and the lovely place I’m sure the home will be when the construction is finished but our personal stay was unfortunately not ideal.
