Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium located at the desirable Beach Club Resort on St Simons Island.

This unit features a fully-equipped and updated kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The floors have been updated throughout this unit with hardwood and tile flooring. The kitchen table seats 4. The nicely decorated master suite has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with both a garden tub and a shower. The guest bedroom features a set of twin beds and the guest bathroom is around the corner. Your balcony view is the right side of the resort, toward the Grand.

Are you looking for top-of-the-line amenities? The Beach Club Resort on St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, two hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.

At Beach Club, you are walking distance to some of the Island’s favorite restaurants such as Crabdaddy’s, The Crab Trap, Beachcomber and the new Barrier Island Brewery.

Parking is available for two vehicles under the living area of Beach Club. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles and requires parking passes. *****

**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towel and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Did not have sheets for couch bed. The room was very clean.Mosquitoes were beyond bad which is not the host fault at all. Beach club should spray parking garage, pool area, and beach walk area. My children look like they have chicken pox even with us spraying them with bug spray numerous times.

Great location on island and in the complex

First floor so no need to use elevator. Comfortable, clean and perfect spot for attending an event at the Prince and King Golf Resort. The pool was relaxing and easy to access from the condo. Missed having time for the hot tub!! The beach was easy to access beyond the gated pool area. Ideal accommodations for our falimy of 4.

Work and relaxation

Condo great. Master shower a little molded and turn on knob and faucet needs replacing. Would stay again though. Parking is mighty tight

Great Unit at the Beach Club

Overall the unit was good. I always look for a unit with no carpet and this one fits the bill. The decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was lacking a few things in the kitchen...no hot pads, dried food on utensils, broken shelf in fridge. The floors could have been cleaner. But I know the recent storm season may have made it harder to keep up with maintenance on the unit. Over all we enjoyed our stay. The beach club pool is always beautiful and inviting. The grounds are well maintained. The other issue we had really wasn't related to the Beach Club. The floating bridge across the 'lagoon" going to the beach has been taken down . That made it impossible to access the beach without wading through waist deep water. We had to drive to the coast guard station to access the beach. Next time we will call to see if the bridge is in place before booking at the beach club.

Cleaning was terrible

The unit was dirty and in poor condition! The master bedroom bath have mold on the showers head and floor if you going to vacation and they have fees for “cleaning” is supposed to be clean! The kitchen was in the same condition drawers dirty and with food residues in it. The lights were burn or just does not work. Dust was everywhere. Horrible 3 days!!! Do not waste your money! In this unit

Updates needed...very likely won't return

Our stay at the Beach Club/this unit left a good bit to be desired. While it's located in a wonderful spot right on the beach, the property/unit could use some updates. Parking was extremely tough with today's larger-sized vehicles. We had to spend time searching for a parking spot every time we came back to the property and even considered parking along the perimeter of the property when we couldn't find a spot that wasn't taken up by someone double-parked or where we didn't have to shimmy in and out of the car due to the spacing being extremely tight. Wi-Fi was non-existent, and in speaking to two office workers on two different days, we were told they couldn't do anything to improve the issue and to try to go online at the pool where the signal is stronger or to use the business center (neither were optimal solutions for our in-unit Wi-Fi needs). The temperature in our unit was hot in the master bedroom and freezing throughout the rest of the unit. Our hallway smelled funny and really needed carpet replaced, and the trash shoot was typically overflowing with garbage. All-in-all, the interior of the building just felt a little dirty. Checking out was very tough/slow with just one elevator for our side of the property. We finally started walking our luggage/items down the stairs after waiting on an elevator for about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, we very likely won't return to the Beach Club unless some updates/improvements are made to the property.

Midweek Anniversary Trip

VRBO listing was accurate. The booking was confirmed by the owner immediately. The owner was in constant communication with me via email and on the app. Directions were precise. Only drawback with the property is the parking situation, However my condo had every tiny little amenity we needed To make us feel at home.
