This is a Bay to Breakers Fort Morgan Property!

Beautiful brand new beach apartment has lots of room with beautiful views and ample room for 4 people. Upstairs King size bedroom has a private deck for enjoying the views of the gulf and bay, downstairs dining area has a private deck for dining or just sitting and relaxing while enjoying the views. Downstairs has a queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath with a new modern kitchen. Washer dryer is included as well as access to the pool or fishing on the bay. We are a mere 500 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, no busy streets to deal with. Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, as well as Kiva Dunes and the Plantation are all within a 15 minute drive. Gulf Shores proper is only 18 miles from the house. Visit historic Fort Morgan only 2 miles down the road, or take a ferry ride over to Dauphin Island for the day.
If you are looking for modern and clean, with views as well as peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle this is the place for your getaway.

Enjoyed our week at this apartment. The bed was very comfortable, clean, kitchen well stocked and ice maker in fridge. Nice location also. Pet friendly too!! Check in simple. Recommend

This was a great place for me, my husband, and our two pups!The bed was super comfy (bring your own pillows though, and the sheets/towels were great quality!The unit stayed nice and chilly and the kitchen had everything you could need!(You will need to bring extra paper towels/toilet paper dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soaps).A nice short walk to the beach and the pools are right next door.No one was staying at the main house so we were able to enjoy hanging out under the house.

Had a great week at the beach. Was able to get some fishing in off the pier, taking walks and went to Ft Morgan museum. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing Location, Updated and Clean!

Loved Labor Day weekend at the condo! It was absolutely beautiful and spotless. Easy access to the beach. No issue with the adjoining house — I am a light sleeper and didn’t hear a peep from the other occupants— felt private!!!

Boyfriend, dog and I loved our stay!!

We loved our stay!! The property was exactly as the description and pictures. It was just a short walk to the beach and was exactly what we wanted. This was my third time staying in Fort Morgan, my boyfriend’s first. He was very impressed and said he would come back to the same property! We loved it!!! Doggo loved it too of course for those traveling with pets :)

Rose is an AMAZING Host!

The property is soooooo close to the beach it’s unbelievable! The apartment is quite nice, & Rose, our host, could not have been better! She was quick to respond to anything asked & was so sweet to respond to our every need & whim! She made our week long vacation a no-worry dream!!!!

We were bery pleased with nearly every aspect of our stay and had a terrific time. The location was just what we preferred, the pool(s) were excellent, and the rental unit well-designed and spacious. Our one main concern (a loose stairway rail) was quickly addressed.If i.were pressed to give any feedback that may help get to excellent or perfect, a few specific concerns may be:- A better clean-up of the property and grounds... several.pieces of old wood, charcoal, or things that perhaps need attention/repair.- The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but wasnt a deal breaker.- The large TV in the living area was nice, yet it could have been viewed better (at certain times of bright sunshine-glare) if it had been on an adjustable bracket.- While it was a very pleasant surprise to see several beach wagons/carts, at least one was extremely old and rusted.None of these concerns would cause us not to book this property again in the future, just things that were maybe a bit disappointing.

Fantastic location and great apartment!

My husband and I had a great time staying here. It was perfect for our first vacation without kids. Short walk to the beach where we fished every day. Fully stocked kitchen. Loved the covered porch for breakfast each morning. I enjoyed spending time on the upstairs porch reading my books in the afternoon. Quiet street. Super comfortable bed. Lots of parking under house. We will be back next year!

Great, relaxing and quiet stay on beautiful Fort Morgan!

We have been looking for a regular vacation spot and we have finally found it. Fort Morgan is amazing and this property was a great choice. Quiet, relaxing, spacious and just what we needed. The kitchen was spacious and stocked well, so we could cook with ease. The pool was next door and beach was a short walk. The people around were courteous and quiet and we had an excellent stay. We had a small issue that was outside of the hosts control, but they handled it quickly and were very responsive. We plan on booking again and perhaps renting the bigger house next door with more family. Great experience and we had a great stay!

Great property and owner. Quiet location and beach. Great pools (yes, there are two).

No issues. Great property. No complaints. Suggest more linens for the additional pillows in the closet. Also, two keys would be helpful when residents have to go separate ways.

It depends on the neighbors

There are many things to love about this property. The pictures accurately represent how spacious, updated, and comfortable it is. The kitchen is fully equipped, the king bed newer and very comfortable, and the living room couches were a great place to relax. There are two large TVs with connections that worked easily. The heating/cooling system was effective and easy to control. The location is absolutely ideal if you chose the economy of not being directly oceanfront. Access is only a few steps away and the provided wagon to haul chairs, towels, cooler etc. was appreciated. We also very much enjoyed both decks. We had morning coffee and read books on the deck off the master and ate meals on the deck off the kitchen. There are ocean views from both. The one caution with this property is that it is an "apartment" attached to a bigger house. There are adjoining doors on the main level and the second floor, and the noise from the other unit is noticeable. Although the decks are separate, they are very near to each other with no dividers. If you are a large group traveling together, with one part of your group wanting more privacy, this is the perfect place. My husband and I were traveling alone on our first "empty nest" vacation. In the week we stayed, we had two sets of neighbors in the bigger part of the house. We definitely heard both groups. One of the two groups arrived in four vehicles and was particularly loud. We set up a box fan near the adjoining door on the second floor and ran the exhaust fans on both floors. This mostly dampened the noise. We could hear the second group laughing and going up and down the stairs, but it wasn't nearly as bad. I also was aware that if the neighboring group had been smoking cigarettes or playing music on their deck, the use of our deck would have been impacted. In all fairness, Liz was instantly responsive when we complained and expressed willingness to let us leave and receive a refund or intervene with the loud group. Thankfully, they didn't smoke or play loud music on the deck, so our "white noise wall" inside was effective enough and we just let it ride. All in all, this is a great place, and Liz was immediately responsive and helpful.

Michelle, I am glad you liked everything about the apartment except the neighbors. I apologize if the neighbors were loud, the apartment is like being in a condo or hotel, if the next door is loud you will hear them. We stay there all the time and have never noticed the people next door, we sit on the decks even when others are on the other deck and have never felt infringed upon. Thank you for the review, I don’t think we deserved 3 stars for the noise since the apartment, location etc. met all your expectations.

Great location

The property is so close to the beach it was awesome! And the beach was not crowded at all. The only thing was vrbo never emailed us the check in information so we had to contact the property manager twice to get the info. She was very helpful though . Overall we had a blast! We will be back!

Best Vacation Ever!

The beach condo was better than we could have imagined! It was nice, new, super clean and check-in and out were so easy. Very short walk to the beach and house was in a great neighborhood. Our first trip to Alabama and we WILL be back!
