Welcome to A LITTLE BIT OF HEAVEN, a cozy and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal cottage located on the peaceful Fort Morgan Peninsula.
Ideal for couples or families, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and welcomes one dog, making it easy to bring the whole family along for your beach escape.




Designed for laid-back coastal living, the home features an open concept layout with modern coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and an easy indoor-outdoor flow.
Guests will enjoy an impressive 930 square feet of outdoor living space, including covered and uncovered decks with views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Mobile Bay.




Multiple decks enhance the experience, including a front deck with Gulf views and outdoor dining, a large west-facing deck off the primary bedroom,
and a cozy back deck accessed from the bonus room. The covered west-facing porch is the perfect place to relax and enjoy breathtaking Fort Morgan sunsets.




For your comfort, the home includes Wi-Fi, central air, and all the essentials needed for a relaxing and memorable stay by the coast.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
You must be 25 or older to book this property. No smoking. No parties or events.
This home is dog-friendly with a limit of one dog. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws:
Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.




To book a pet-friendly property, you must call the office Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Pet-friendly properties cannot be booked online.




RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG:

Your dog must be older than 9 months.

Your dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house.

You must clean up after your dog.

No excessive barking.

A paid pet fee of $120 per pet is required.




Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction of you or your dog with no refund.
