Tiny House Sand Dollar near Siesta Key

Summary:
Experience compact living in Tiny House Sand dollar. Roughly 350 sq feet and designed for simplicity and efficiency. You will be amazed at how open this house feels. Sand dollar includes a small kitchen, a bathroom, loft sleeping and a master loft with steps. All tiny houses at Tiny House Siesta include an outdoor patio area and charcoal grill. Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or staycation, this will surely be memorable.
Check in is 3PM - Check out is 10AM.

The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and outdoor patio. You can also use our community center to hang out and play billiards or darts. Behind the community center, there is a large deck with lots of seating, fire pits, bar area and outdoor showers. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.

Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Located right across the South bridge from Siesta Key. We are about a mile walk to beach access 12 and a 7 minute drive to the public beach area.

Getting Around:
While a car is convenient, you can get around without a car. Bike rentals are available on the key. You can also use Frog Hop to get to the beach and Siesta Key Village.

Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other.
