The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
