Also only a 2-3 minute walk to the Baytowne Conference Center & Sandestin's® now open Hotel Effie. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS PART OF THE GATEWAY CONDO ASSOCATION WHICH DOES NOT CHARGE FOR PARKING. THE GRAND SANDESTIN COMPLEX IN JANUARY 2023 BEGAN ASSESSING EACH OWNER A FEE FOR PARKING OF WHICH MANY ARE PASSING THAT FEE ALONG TO THEIR RENTAL GUESTS. Master Bedroom has 26' flat screen TV and is one of the largest 1 bedroom floor plans in the village. This is a great condo for a Sandestin® conference or a snowbird condo rental. THIS UNIT PARTICIPATES IN THE RESORT SHUTTLE/TRAM SERVICE.

Condo was exactly like the pictures showed. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Condo was close to everything. Lots of restaurants, shopping, the beach and pool. We had an amazing time and I would 100% stay here again.

Everything you need!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The space was well-organized and thoughtfully stocked, which made us feel right at home.The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The condo was in the perfect location and just as pictured. Baytowne Wharf was steps away with endless amounts of entertainment. Dave was very responsive with any concerns, will definitely recommend to anyone.

Description on this VRBO is accurate. Nice accommodation! Clean. Everything you may need. The golf cart was a great amenity that allows you a perfect way to get around Sandestin and all it has to offer. Host was in touch with us and very responsive. Would book this again. Thank you!

Wonderful property!

Highly recommend this unit. It was very clean, and had everything as presented. Owner/manager communicated very well. Have been coming to Sandestin area for 25 years, this was one of the nicest units we’ve stayed in to date.

Wonderful stay!

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids June 2024. The location is great, centrally located in the Sandestin complex. We LOVED the golf cart and being able to ride around to different parts of the property. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and had everything we needed at the property. 10/10, will return!

Beach get away

The property was perfect for my wife and I to relax but also be in an easy access area for some good food and entertainment. Having the beach a golf cart ride away as well as many golf courses within a 5 minute cart ride was fantastic. Dave was easy to work with and Cary communicative going into and during our stay. Definitely will be back.

Sun & Fun in the Village

This is the perfect 'beach' location with tons of food choices, shopping, golf, tennis (or pickle ball), a grocery store, putt putt & ofcourse the actual beach all within a short walk or ride on a golf car!

I had such a great stay!! The owner had excellent communication, was available whenever I needed, and showed so much patience throughout the process. I’ve honestly never stayed anywhere so well thought out!Everything was clearly labeled and stocked with anything you could possibly need, from extra toiletries to fully equipped kitchen supplies. Even down to the small details such as extra batteries and light bulbs, which take the hassle out of travel.Dave, the owner went out of his way to acknowledge my birthday. That kind gesture made the experience feel even more personal and special.The highlight for me was the comfort. Every bed, even the pullout sofa, was incredibly comfortable. For me, a good night’s sleep makes or breaks a trip, and this place absolutely delivered.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and true attention to detail. I look forward to my next trip!

Fall break

The condo was amazing. We were right in the middle of tge shops and restaurants. It had a beautiful pool area. We rented the golf cart that came with the condo and it was so convenient to ride to the beach or up to the Grand for shopping. We Loved it..

This is a must stay!!

Dave gave incredibly detailed information about everything we needed to know, which I greatly appreciated. The condo was beautiful and clean! Location was very convenient and we had no trouble with noise. Beach is very close and easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit:)

Great Place!

We came over for a relaxing long weekend The condo was convenient to shopping and the beach. Clean and very nicely appointed. The host was very accessible. Highly recommend paying the extra for the gold cart use. Will definitely stay again!
