Located on the outskirts of Consell, it combines the tranquility of a country villa with the comfort of a townhouse, just a 5-minute walk from shops, bars, and restaurants.

The property was completely renovated in 2021. The authentic Mallorcan architecture has been preserved with exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceiling, and a touch of modernity has been added with exclusive design elements and large windows overlooking more than 1,000 m² of land featuring a swimming pool, barbecue, and fruit trees.

Consell is a municipality located in the interior of the island of Mallorca, bordering several inland villages, which offers a truly captivating cultural, tourist, and recreational experience. In addition, the house has a gated and secure parking lot with charging stations for electric vehicles, making it easy to get around the island in your own vehicle.
