Large sliding doors provide access to private terraces or the pool area, creating an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa has a fully functional kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, and the dining area offers a welcoming space for shared meals.?An extra guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area upon request at an extra cost. The sofa is comfortable for both adults and children as the size is 1.10*2.20m.?The ground level of the villa includes one beautifully designed bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, air conditioning, and direct access to the yard. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.?The upper level features two more bedrooms, one with twin-size beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request and one with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have access to the balconies with stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Lastly, free street parking ensures that guests have everything they need for a hassle-free stay.?*Heated Pool Policy?The swimming pool can be heated upon request free of charge from May until the 15th of June and from September until October at about 26 - 27?C, depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days advance notice for this facility. Additionally, from the 16th of June until the end of August, the pool can be heated at an extra cost.
