With three bedrooms in the main house and two more in the self-contained apartment, it’s an ideal setup for hosting family and friends while still maintaining privacy.



The main house is warm and inviting, with a living room that features authentic details like a cozy fireplace and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is practical and modern, providing everything you need to cook up delicious meals, while the adjoining dining room is perfect for family dinners or entertaining guests. The three bedrooms in the main house are designed for relaxation, and the bathrooms combine traditional Spanish tiles with modern fixtures.



The guest apartment adds an extra layer of convenience, with two comfortable bedrooms, its own living space, a stylish bathroom, and a compact kitchenette. The private entrance makes it perfect for extended family or visitors who prefer their own space.



Should you not use the apartment, the cleaning fee will be reduced to €475. The final cleaning fee for the entire property is €650.
