All 4 Fun -

This amazing Old Americana style cottage is just a short stroll to the beautiful sugar white sand and glimmering emerald waters. You won't have to cross any roads to access the beach and can just as easily take a short car ride over to the Silver Sands Outlet Malls.

Upon arriving at the home you will notice the large front porch which is an excellent area to gather the guests in your party to enjoy the cool gulf breezes and get ready to hit the beach! Three bedrooms are located on the first floor when you enter the property. You will find the King Master Suite with a full bathroom, another King Guest Bedroom, and a Twin Bunk Room. Both of these bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. When you enter the second floor of the home you will find an open and spacious living area that provides an excellent area for evening entertainment. It features a large comfy sofa, a loveseat, and an oversized armchair as well as a large flat screen TV. You will also notice the dining area and kitchen that can seat up to ten lucky guests. Also on the second floor you will find an additional Queen Guest bedroom with a full bathroom and the laundry room.

First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, King Bedroom, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

*Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Loved the house. Very comfortable. We had issues with the door code a couple of times but they were super quick in getting back to me. As well as maintenance, they came to the house to fix a couple of items and were out quickly. Everyone was super nice. I would recommend this house to everyone! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Overall we liked the beach house and proximity to the beach. The only complaint was we came back from beach on Sunday night and the code on the door was changed and when we called the lady on the phone was unable to help us and after talking with her for 20 min because it was after hours and she told us she could not transfer us to anyone else and she would have someone call us back. No one did and much later I got a text asking if we needed assistance but by then we tried all other codes we were given prior to check in and one of them worked, disappointed by the lack of knowledge on what to do when a key code does not work.

Great location!

The house was in a great location - close access to the pool and beach, even for carrying chairs and other beach equipment! Close enough to walk to the grocery store and outlet mall, but far enough away that you didn’t see and hear the traffic. The house could have used a bit of a deeper clean, at least in the bathrooms and the kitchen was a bit more worn than the pictures showed, plus it was missing some common things like pot holders to take dishes out of the oven and a pizza slicer. Overall good stay, would maybe look for a different house in the same neighborhood and go through Ocean Reef again, but if nothing else was available would stay at this property again.

All for fun

It was a pleasant cottage,but had some mechanical issues-wear and tear. The Kitchen cupboards need a good scrubbing as well as the floors and rugs in the house, especially in the master bedroom. All the decks / porches and outside furniture had a coating of grime that needed power washed. The 1st floor shower/ bathtub water was never hot. Lastly, the pool was clean , but small for a community of this size. In closing, it was a nice property, but could use a little updating and a thorough cleaning for the price you pay.

Love lad the location and walk to the beach was easy. It was nice having a heated pool during

Loved the location of our house. The walkto the beach was short and no roads to cross. Loved that the pool was heated during spring break we really enjoyed having bathrooms at the pool too. .

Wonderful trip

The beach was perfect, the weather was great. I liked the house but there were things I would definitely do soon. This house needs a deep clean! During this time of Covid the cleaning needs to be kicked up a notch! The couch needs to be professionally cleaned, the large rug in the master needs to be done away with , it was so nasty. The bright spot of the master was the shower!! It was beautiful ! Our family is grateful for the owner allowing their house to be rented it gave much needed time together and a vacation we will always remember.

Great location!

We had 4 adults and 3 children on this vacation. The home was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing that needed attention was the upstairs bedroom furniture. The dresser is broken and was impossible to use. We also were disappointed the 2nd king was not located in the upstairs. Other than that the house is very nice and the location is so quiet and pretty! Only a 2/3 minute walk to the beautiful beach! We loved our stay.

Great Property

All 4 Fun was a wonderful home. This was a very last minute planned trip, so to find a home like this was great. It was a perfect fit for our family. The beach was only about a 6 minute walk away, and other useful locations were only a few minutes walk or drive, including the mall and souvenir stores, which were both right across the street, common food locations, and Walmart, which was only a 9 minute drive! The community pool was also a perfect way to cool off. Our door code did stop working during our stay, though, but luckily, there was a front door that lead inside to the master bedroom. We would definitely come back if the opportunity comes back up!

Nice but....

Good location and easy walk to the beach. The home was nice but really needed to be cleaned and updated. Cobwebs, mold in shower around the door and bathroom mats were gross. Don’t count on the vacuum to pick up the sand off the floor.

Great stay but some little details should be addressed.

There were some maintenance issues- sink in master bathroom was backed up and gas tank for grill was completely empty - maintenance crew took care of both issues on Monday of our stay. One of the bunk beds was missing a stabilizer board and couldn’t be used during our stay. Our stay overall was good.

The house was smaller than I had expected. At the end of the day it worked out for us. I just thought it was bigger. Maintenance responded very fast on a few issues we had. The WiFi and the “smart” tv didn’t work. We got rained out and the kiddos wanted to watch Netflix and we couldn’t get it to work even after maintenance came. WiFi did not really work all weekend, but we didn’t select the place for WiFi. Just an annoyance more than anything. Walking distance from the beach! We had a great time!

Good location however housekeeping needs attention

The location is great. Short walk to beach and community pool, neither of which were overcrowded. Convenient to grocery, great dinner spots, and outlets. Cute community, we will return to Gulfside Cottages but will choose another property. All 4 Fun needs some TLC. The house was very dirty and floors were still very sandy when we arrived. Aside from clean bedsheets we would’ve thought housekeeping skipped cleaning after the last guests. We bought our own cleaning supplies and spent time cleaning the home ourselves. The home offers adequate space however the decor and furnishings are dated and stained. We felt other homes in the community were better maintained than this particular property. We hope the owners or rental management company will give this cottage the attention it deserves so future guests will enjoy their visit.
