Located in Gulfside Cottages in Miramar Beach, 116 Gulfside Way is ideally situated just steps from the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! With quick and convenient beach access, a heated community pool, and stunning grounds, this hidden gem is the coastal oasis you’ve been looking for!



116 Gulfside Way is a spacious cottage-style home with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to seven. This spacious retreat offers a delightful Southern welcome with a front porch meant for relaxing. Enter to find stunning coastal-themed interiors with spacious rooms and light-filled spaces designed for comfort. You’ll find plenty of room in the open-concept living/dining area for the whole gang to gather together. Curl up on the sofa and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or challenge others to a friendly board or card game at the dining room table. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and the perfect spot for preparing both light snacks and hearty meals. Private porches await off spacious second-floor bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, en suite bath, and a flat-screen TV. Relax in comfort while the kids pile in the twin bunk with trundle, a cozy spot just for them. The stackable washer and dryer are convenient for quick cleanups, while the covered carport offers plenty of room for all your beach toys.



Enjoy leisurely walks through the quiet community complete with white picket fences, a heated pool, and quick access to the beach via the neighborhood access. Venture off the property for a quick nine at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, or browse the shops at Grand Boulevard and Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Afterward, take your pick between a host of nearby restaurants for a delicious lunch or dinner overlooking the beach!



Please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 75 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Miramar Beach. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Beautiful home! Great location!

We had such a wonderful stay in this immaculate, beautiful home! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the beach access was 3 doors down, making walking to the beach so easy. The home was equipped with everything needed for a very enjoyable stay, and the home and furnishings were very well maintained! We are already planning another visit for next year!

Stellar location!

We loved that our cottage was nestled in a little cul-de-sac of other cottages. Very cute, quiet street-- with a private cobblestone path leading straight to the beach. The fact that the beach was literally a 4 minute walk (if that) was such a convenience with little ones. Our cottage was clean and cozy with mostly all of the amenities we needed. The only recommendation I have would be to have some sort of slip resistant pads in the showers, they are super slick! Overall we loved the location and how close it was to restaurants and shopping and we would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Cute cottage in prime location to the beach!

My family of 5 had the best stay at this rental. It was updated, clean, and provided great space for all of us. It was about a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The house provided beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids. Communication with guest services was also good with updates if needed. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be the living room seating. There really was only room for 3 to sit comfortably on the coach with a few other chairs surrounding. Other than that, we would definitely recommend and will likely rent again.

Nice house!

Nice house in a great neighborhood & location. Only complaint is the rugs in each room were noticeably dirty. They need cleaned or replaced. It’d also be nice to have a couple chairs on the back outdoor balcony.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect location. Private access to the beach, shops and restaurants close by. Pet friendly and absolutely beautiful Only thing was the smoke alarms would go off when using the oven and not all the blinds would open properly, but these things are minor compared to the access this place provides

Nice clean house but had some issues

The bathroom sink was clogged and full of water with hair. Very disgusting. My husband fixed it. The fridge didn’t keep anything cold and freezer and ice maker didn’t work so we had to keep everything in a cooler. Liked the house but Ocean Reef has houses in gulf side cottages, their customer service is way better. I called for 2 weeks about adding a night and could never get in touch with anyone until 2 weeks later. Based on this we booked our stay for next year with ocean reef. It would also be nice to have cable in the other bedroom. Not everyone has kids.

Even though there is a lot packed into this area, the house still felt quiet and private. The location was great and the walk to the beach really is short and manageable. I love that the walkway has so much shade - definitely made walks on a hot day much easier! We really enjoyed our time and this was a great place to stay.

Location was great and house was nice. However, getting hit with an untrue pet hair fee of $50 after leaving, ruins the stay. Simply untrue.

Location was great, but won’t be returning.

We got tagged with an additional cleaning charge for pet hair. Complete garbage. We had a 15lb Maltipoo. 100% hyper allergenic, zero shedding breed. This is just another way for company to make a few more dollars. Really unacceptable and dishonest.

Lovely house and location

We had the best time here! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. The house is perfectly situated between the pool and the beach, quick walk to both. The path to the beach is so adorable, very instagram worthy. The house has everything you need for basics. We made a few small breakfasts, but no big meals cooked in the kitchen. Plenty towels for bathing, washer and dryer is a great addition. Im 5'6" and couldnt fully stretch out in the bunks, they're for kids, not adults. The bedroom with the bath/shower combo gets morning sun and is super bright in the am, so I didnt sleep in but it didnt bother my daughter. Plenty restaurants and things to do close by. We had 1 small mishap, around 11pm one night the smoke alarm started beeping, thankfully it was from a low battery. I called them the next morning and they came swap it out, super easy. The beach here is so beautiful, the house is charming, if we ever visit Miramar again, I dont want to stay anywhere else.

Great Location! Beautiful House!

The house is beautiful and nicely accommodated. Short stroll to the beach and restaurants, grocery. Only negative is the tiny refrigerator! There is NO ice maker, barely any room for ice trays! This house would be perfect if it just had a standard-sized fridge.
