Situated in a small passage in the centre of Barcelona, you enter the townhouse crossing a garden with one of the oldest and highest palm trees of Barcelona.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:This stunning Villa has 9 unique rooms, each one decorated differently and with its own style. Distributed on two floor you have 5 rooms in the first floor:

1. Bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a double bed)

KITCHEN:The house has a spacious dining area with an open kitchen which is fully equipped for everything you need to make your stay perfect. (Microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater, Fridge/Freezer and many other amenities). The dining table is a huge wooden hand made table.

Loved the house! Very spacious and in a great location. Very clean with great amenities. The private gated street adds charm and loved it for safety and security. The neighborhood restaurants are really good and love the proximity to shopping and the metro. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back!!

Great big house in an excellent location.

Eleven people from our extended family stayed together in this wonderful house. We were very comfortable and there was room to spare. The roof deck and the front yard are both excellent places to hang out. The location is awesome, with good restaurants nearby and less than a 30 minute walk to many major sites.

Great place in one of the best parts of Barcelona. We loved the pool table and a spacious terrace. Issues with too few keys were solved quickly. Many rooms are without any daylight, this should be mentioned. Other than that, our group felt well and had great support by the H2O team.

No better location in Barcelona

This was the perfect place to stay. We had 4 families and the place fit us well. There is an amazing bakery across the street and about 15 corner stores within a five minute walking radius. There are no shortage of restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well outfitted for meals. We regretted the absence of a microwave and a cheese grater but we loved the coffee options (stovetop perc and nespresso) and the milk frother.

Company Group - Ideal House`

We had a group of people from all around the world come to Barcelona for the Seafood Show. The house was perfectly located in mid-town. Management was excellent with easy check-in - everything was electronic. Which made it easy to share with our colleagues arriving at different days and times. The second floor recreation room and the roof deck were really nice bonuses. The house is old but well maintained. Overall, very satisfied.

If you want to visit Barcelona and feel like the wealthy bourgeoisie of the past and present, then stay at this beautiful historical home. Modern amenities were plentiful like AC in all bedrooms (especially appreciated during the hot summer), windows looking out at the quiet passageway and more bustling Carrer Claris, a stunning roof deck, plus kitchen utensils and gadgets to prepare a lovely family meal. H2O's communication was prompt, kind and addressed all of our needs. We hope to return someday soon!

H2O were phenomenal. Communication was fast, consistent and they were always available if I needed to reach them. The check-in process was extremely easy. The house manager met us upon arrival, she gave a tour of the home and made sure we had everything we needed. The house itself is massive, primely located in a fantastic neighborhood which is walking distance to shops and restaurants, and great for a large group of friends/family. The upper deck and the game room were perfect retreats when we needed to decompress from our fun in the city. Staying at Eike's residence definitely made our trip a memorable one.

Place needs work and updating

Location was great and people where very responsive. Place needs a lot of work. Broken tile in the stairs, bathrooms are old and place downstairs feel dungy. I also didnā€™t like that the leave you with one, ONE trash bag for 10 people for a week and basically no towels to dry dishes. For paying over $11k for a week, I would expect better service than that. I asked for more and basically said that ā€œwhat you got is what you gotā€. Unacceptable for a big company that owns tons of homes in Barcelona. There are not another option of a big house like this on Barcelona and I feel like the company knows it and just milks this property. I would have stayed at another place if given the chance. Also the net around the stairs to seemingly cover kids from falling is a joke. They should remove it or fully secure it.

Best location. Great house!

Pros: You cannot beat the location! Beautiful high ceilings. Especially rooms on the east side of the main floor are gorgeous. Kids' rooms downstairs are very functional and the kids loved the dorm-style living. Rec room on top floor and the terrace space is great and really appreciated. Really add to the experience when you just want to be home and relax. Cons: Main floor dining area is really tight. Cooking space is completely lacking. Oven too small - smaller than standard size, which is not in line with the number of people the house holds. Some basic cooking utensils are missing - e.g. scissors, peeler, masher, serving spoons, better knives etc.. But this can be easily fixed! Showers are poorly designed. One is too small, one has the shower head installed too high. Also need non-slip mats in the showers. The slipperiness is very dangerous.

It was a real treat and a privilege to stay in this beautiful historic home. Though I used the word historic it is thoroughly modern inside. It has two clothes washers and dryers and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. For a family our size (12 adults and 2 small children) it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, cups, dishes and silverware. They even had a crib for the 2 year old. At the end of a day of shopping, touring or museums we all looked forward to gathering for a glass of wine and tapas on the beautiful roof top terrace. The location was central to everything. We couldn't have asked for more.
