An immaculately maintained contemporary Farmhouse is nestled high on two acres in Sag Harbor Village, a mere .7 miles to the center of town. Pool, outdoor shower, two car garage , all offer a magical exterior. The generous deck with propane BBQ, winding stone path to fire pit and Jacuzzi add to the outdoor experience.

Interior: The open floor plan allows enjoyment of the fireplace from Living and Dining rooms as well as the Chef appointed kitchen with large mudroom/pantry and a powder room. An en-suite Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed with ample closet and a separate dual sink vanity from the bathroom. All three bedrooms upstairs have full/queen beds and a fourth room is an office space (that can be converted to a bedroom via blow up bed) with internet, a large desk and a printer/scanner (for those of you taking a working vacation).

The lower level has three entrances; the back deck, garage and to the interior hallway. It is designed with a half wall to allow a media room and a game room. There is also a separate gym and laundry room. Sleeping arrangements for snorers and kids are readily made in this expansive basement.

Appliances: Flat screen TVs in the Living room, Media room and Gym. Professional Wolf stove and stainless fridge and dishwasher in the kitchen.

Location: Ideal for a family wanting peace and quiet as well as village life. Perfect for entertaining and holidays., 4 minute drive to the nearest Bay beach (Haven’s beach) and 10 minute drive to 5 ocean beaches (Ocean, Town Line, Peter’s Pond, Gibson, Sagg Main). The house is ideally situated, close to Wolffer and Channing Wineries, Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton golf courses, world class Yoga studio, Breakwater Yacht Club and plenty of Stand up Paddle waterways just minutes away

Perfect property

Rustic, elegant, laid back, comfortable, everything we wanted, and a beautiful house and land. Great roaming for the pups. Delicious, long pool. And great pool area. Responsive host. Such a stunning house to pull up to. Neighborhood is super convenient to Sag Harbor, while feeling secluded and forested with impressive trees.

Sag Harbor Perfection

The home was Cozy and Amazing and on a quiet beautiful street with the Most Amazing Pool and backyard! We enjoyed everything about the house and especially the pool! Would love to return and stay again! Communication with the host was perfect and she made everything sooo easy!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We loved our vacation at this house. The backyard is simply incredible. It is private, the pool is delightful, the hot tub was also terrific, and the patio was comfy. Unfortunately we had the worst weather week of the year so we really missed out on using the great outdoor space more than once or twice. The house was so well stocked. It was basically move in ready! Our party of 5 had plenty of room. We were quite happy. As mentioned, we were forced indoors a lot of the time do we were grateful for nice, cozy space. The house is walking distance to town. When the days were clear, we enjoyed the convenience of a short walk to dining, shops and the water. If it was not for Mother Nature - it would have been a perfect stay. Thanks to the hosts for making feel at home!

Cute home and great outdoor space

Michael and Helen were great hosts. They were communicative and responded very quickly. The house is older but still beautifully done and clean. We would definitely come back.

Nice location,

Nice location, a little more rustic than pictures. Could use a little more thorough cleaning. And host needs to have it stocked with supplies (paper towels, soap). Pool was very nice!

Oasis in Sag Harbour

We had a lovely stay. A rustic oasis with a beautiful pool in Sag Harbor gave us just the break we needed. Loved how expansive the outdoor area was // something that is rare in this part of the Hamptons. While not in town it is walkable o town and that for us was key.

Goodbye to summer

Property was everything as described and more ! Clean comfortable , the kitchen had everything you could possibly need . We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful yard and the pool ! Location was so convenient to downtown and restaurants . We would absolutely rent again

Stunning property with all of the amenities!

We had the best stay at this property! My young kids had space to play safely in the basement and there were enough bedrooms for all of us! We were in town for a wedding but loved the house so much that we spent most of our time in the yard and pool. Highly recommend! Helen was super communicative and helpful!

Better than expected

The amazing property was exactly as pictured, but the house was even better. Creative and comfortable decor, cozy lighting, comfortable beds and enough room for several couples. Would stay again and loved the relaxed vibe and walking distance to town!

A great house for everyone!

We had a great time staying at the house with our family. With ages ranging from 8 months to 69, the home had everything for everyone. A quick drive to the center of Sag Harbor and easy access to beaches. Would highly recommend.

Amazing property + Amazing Owners!

This house was PERFECT from head to toe. All of the pictures in the listing were completely accurate - it was equipped with anything and everything you'd need in a vacation house (professional stovetop/oven, coffee maker, blender, soda stream, two fridges). The pool even had adorable floats for us to enjoy. The house easily slept 12 ladies. Plenty of space! The check-in/check-out process was seamless. Helen was very responsive and lovely to work with. I can't say enough good things about this house. We had a blast.

Perfectly Sag Harbor!

The perfect getaway!

This house was made for a girls' getaway weekend! It is beautifully decorated and clean; the pictures don't do justice. The lawn is huge and was perfect for a private yoga class. We had plans to go to the beach, but decided the pool was too picture-perfect to leave! The outdoor shower was a fan-favorite and the deck&grill were perfect for a night in. We absolutely loved our stay in this home and cannot wait to come back.

Our girls weekend was completely relaxing in this beautifully kept home.. We had great outdoor spaces from the fire pit, pool, hot tub and beautifully lit deck. Walking to town was a highlight ..and the turkeys roaming really made us feel we we far away from the city. The host provided everything we needed for a great weekend and was always available for any questions ..Loved .

Plenty to enjoy for outdoor living in the warmer months with pool, hot tub, extra large outdoor shower, fire pit, back deck, and front lawn. Wonderful off-season home with full basement entertainment, fireplace, en-suite first floor master, office and privacy as facing a 5 acre reserve.

Walk to village, bike to bays and ocean. Very quiet and yet close to all. Pets allowed.
