Stu and Cathy, we have been married since 1980. We have four children and twelve grandchildren to date. We invested in our first VRBO property in 2011 and have not looked back. Cathy's dream was to run a bed and breakfast and this is along that line, simply no breakfast...sorry! Stu is an amazing customer service man. Cathy likes to do the background work, researching, rehabbing and of course the decorating. We have come up with our own unique mix of classic, new and vintage. We look for properties with amazing views and something with a WOW to it. We vacation both long and short term in our homes, we bring our children and grandchildren along with us as much as possible. We must make them family friendly. We strive to provide you with excellent service and an amazingly easy trip. I love this house it emits a warm cozy atmosphere. The views are breathtaking. Especially in the evening when the sun turns the sky and water a soft pink. We get a kick out of watching our grandsons pull one huge fish after another out of the freshwater lake. The four bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa allow us plenty of room to sleep and yet have our own space. The heated saltwater pool gets a lot of use from all of us. And we've added the two person detached therapeutic spa just outside of the screened lanai. We enjoy the warm weather of Florida, the beaches, the long sunny days, being outside all of the time, opening our windows to let the breeze in, and being able to do outside sports, biking, kayaking all the time.

We love Cape Coral. Stu's parents owned property and we vacationed here every year with our family. We purchased this property because we have two other homes in Cape Coral, one just a five minute kayak/bike ride away! Stu loves to fish with our grandsons. We love to kayak, I love the views. Now that our family is up to 22 and counting we needed room for them and a little peace for us. We are hoping that this will appeal to many of our guests as well who vacation with friends and family. This is not your typical Florida home, but it spoke to me. The view is perfect, we love the pool and landscaping, the shake shingles remind us of a Maine style house in Florida! I loved the challenge of remaking it to bring the outside in and to cozy it up. The results are stunning I think you will agree! It is such a quiet street in a great neighborhood, a place we may one day call home. We love the beaches and everything this area provides.
