This luxury 4 bedroom villa is located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral. The 15028 Sq. Ft lot is located right on the wide canal and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 10 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. The big lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub, and a spacious dining area.

The Villa offers in total 5606 sq. ft., 2746 sq. ft. with A/C, four bedrooms, three bathrooms a, big living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped office and a complete gym.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with remote control for your comfort. The master bathroom has a shower, double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. The toilet is separate. The second master bedroom has two Twin beds. The second master bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Third and fourth bedrooms have Queen sized beds. All bedrooms have spacious closets and are equipped with TVs.

The Livingroom is super spacious with room for the entire family. Open up the sliding doors and enjoy the amazing view of the wide canal.

The office is equipped with a spacious desk and comfortable office chair. You can close the French doors for privacy during those work meeting.
Strong WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, fryer, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The garage is fit for fun with a ping pong table.

The villa has a big garage for three cars with remote controlled openers.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a kind of celebration of my wife's retirement and was a good choice. Beautiful view of canal and passing boats. Home was cheerful, well furnished and maintained and convenient to restaurants and stores.

Villa Dolphin Stay

The property and view was beautiful. We had five adults staying and we had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. The house was well equipped. We grilled a number of nights. The location was great, close to grocery stores and other necessities. We had a lovely time for 2 weeks.

Overall a great stay. Beautiful home. Some minor issues.... ants in a bedroom, HVAC maintenance came unannounced to service the system, no kayaks on property as listed but other that we loved it. Perfect for the 8 of us. Adults and grandkids loved the pool and being able to fish from the dock.

Was a wonderful place and the pool was great. Great location to sanibel. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was the trash hadn't been taken out to the curb for a while, but everything else was great....

Wonderful Accommodations!

This home was beautiful! Lots of extras like a garage for the car, pool toys, plenty of extra towels, extra garbage bags, an extremely well appointed kitchen. And much more. It was very clean as well. And had plenty to do - gorgeous pool, bikes, fishing off deck, ping pong, work out room and more. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great place for a quiet getaway

Location was great if you don’t mind driving everywhere. No transit systems to speak of therefore everyone drives everywhere! Neighbourhood was quiet, house was clean, fridge wasn’t fully useable due to lack of shelves and non functioning drawer in the freezer. All in all a great place for a quiet getaway. Drove times were too long though.

Wonderful

The property was amazing and most everything was fantastic. It was pretty much furnished with all daily necessities. The bed/mattress in bedroom 3 was hard and rolled when you moved, and the TVs did not have any channels in the 2nd master and 3rd bedroom, so they were unusable for watching TV. Other than those couple of issues, the stay was wonderful.

All Good! Had a wonderful and uneventful family vacation w/o any problems. As previously noted, some daytime noise from construction next door, and the house was minimally stocked with the usual supplies (tp/paper towels/soaps/garbage bags/etc).

FANTASTIC!

This was our first time to Florida and our first time ever using VRBO. Everything went as planned and the home exceeding our expectations. We had no issues and thought the home was amazing. Had everything you could want. The pool was the icing on the cake. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time made easy!!!

A beautiful Villa in wonderful area.

This Villa looks fantastic on the web site and that is exactly how it is for real - fantastic. In excellent condition and well equipped. Very nice area of Cape Coral with excellent road access and sea access. Boat is superb and has depth finder and GPS for easy navigation of the surrounding area. Lots of great restaurants and beaches accessible by road or sea. Would recommend visit to beaches of Sanibel or The Joint restaurant in nearby Cape Harbour. Owner is very helpful and easy to contact via email before, during and after your stay. We would be more than happy to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Beach Vacation

Smashed bugs on bathroom floor so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Master bedroom doesn't cool down like the rest of the house and smells like rubber from the attached gym. Remotes didn't have batteries, patio light didn't work, most of the dock lights were out. Location was great to get to several beaches and grocery stores.

The house was very nice, spacious and clean Pool area is very nice and a beautiful view The pool instructions were confusing and i had to call the property manager and she very nicely walked through the instructions We did not see any kayaks as it said on the site when i booked it Also there are 2 very small tv's in 2 of the bedrooms that hardly work There is no cable on them and we were short remotes in them also It was annoying We also felt that there were not enough towels in the house and there was only one beach chair for 7 people There is also a broken cabinet in the kitchen If you are going to stay here bring towels and your own beach supplies with you The home itself is roomy and there was plenty of space for 7 people

A wonderful water retreat

This is a beautiful home on a large canal with a southern exposed pool, what's not to love. We enjoyed opening the virtual wall of sliding glass doors in the living room. This opened the entire home to the pool and spa area. We opted to rent the boat offered at the property which could not be more convenient. Access to the main river and then to the Gulf was a short and pleasant ride. Lots of room in this home in a quite neighborhood with great bike lanes on all the surrounding roadways. Dining options are many within a short drive. Suggest getting a SunPass toll transponder for driving the toll bridges. The Vacanza management staff were second to none, lightning fast in responding to any question or concern. The home was wonderful although the only reason I did not give it an overall 5 star rating is because it needs a few upgrades to make it perfect.

Not clean. Very old

3 stars generously because of the view and windows. Otherwise, the property was not cleaned well at all. Hair left behind in sinks, shower, and tub. So many dirty utensils and dishes. Had to vacuum the living area because of crumbs left behind. There were also dirty clothes forgotten in drawer from the last guest that the cleaners missed. Just seemed like a rushed cleaning job which was such a distasteful way to start off the stay. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, it was overall a very old home. Master bath and hallway bath toilets both clogged and there was a plunger readily available, so it’s clearly a regular issue. Broken vertical blinds throughout and the living room remote was not only working poorly and lagged, but was sticky and duck-taped together. Our check-in email with the code to enter the property didn’t include our code. I messaged the host via VRBO app and finally got the code 2 hours after check in time. The pool heater was not working and it took until our second day at 6pm for someone to come fix it. Wasting the first couple days of our trip not going into the pool or spa. Slow and poor communication.

Bring your Fishing Rods

I really wanted to do a review for anyone that was considering this property, some of the other reviews leave you questioning. First off this place was VERY CLEAN when we checked in, the cleaning crew did an amazing job (no mold). On the property being dated, ok some of the fixtures are a LITTLE dated, this did not impact our vacation one bit. And the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in The location of this property was absolutely perfect. We decided we wanted to go to four different beaches, all were within a short easy drive (We did buy the mini sun pass for the tolls). Located very close to several grocery stores, made picking up things we forgot very easy. We absolutely loved the pool, our kids wouldn't get out! The patio furniture was great and enough to accommodate our family of six plus some. The view of the I guess you would call it a canal, was stunning. We could sit and just look out at the view while our kids swam for days! So peaceful The condo was well stocked, plenty of bath and pool towels. We did bring our own beach towels. They even had drying racks outside to hang our wet pool clothing on. There were pool floats and some beach chairs in the garage to borrow. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we decided to visit Cape Coral again.
