Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and luxury plank flooring throughout and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great stay right on the beach!

The condo could use updating but if you are looking for something on the beach it is WONDERFUL! The shower was great! The balcony overlooks the beach and the ocean! If watching and listening to the water is enjoyable to you you are going to LOVE the third floor unobstructed views!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and will be back. The size of the resort was perfect. We were able to be on the beach without being crowded. The chairs and umbrella being included was a plus. The room was so pretty, comfortable, and clean. We plan to stay in the same unit again. We loved it.

Well taken care of

Loved our stay very well managed! Room was great just wish it was decorated more towards the beach decorations and brighter colors ! It was more like home decorating! Would of made it feel more like away from home! Great views and great location. Would definitely refer friends! And was great that chairs and umbrellas were included !

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here many times before. We love the location & resort itself but unit 305 definitely has some issues. LR furniture is very uncomfortable, coffee pot needs to be replaced & dishwasher is next to impossible to turn on as controls are UNDER edge of countertop. Also door lock is extremely difficult to lock & unlock. For the price all these issues need to be resolved. Will not stay in #305 again.

Great stay on the beach at a wonderful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Destin Beach Club has just 48 units, so the beach is wonderfully uncrowded, compared to the highrise condos nearby. Beautiful sugar sand beach that Destin is famous for! Friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean condo (#305), perfect gulf views, and close to many restaurants and activities. This was our second stay in this unit (also here in 2022), and we'll definitely be back again!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here before several years ago and loved it. I had just completed radiation for breast cancer and we had planned on our trip to Destin for over 8 months but were going to take our RV. We wanted to stay somewhere that was right on the beach and I remembered staying here and was so happy they had a room. It was beautiful. It had all the necessary items for cooking you may need. I live love love the addition of the chairs and umbrella for the beach and the balcony looking over the ocean. I would highly recommend staying here. Very relaxing and comfortable place. Highly recommend.
