Come stay at Seaside Escape and enjoy the beach!!! Beach service included!

Come stay at the Seaside Escape located in the Emerald Isle complex! Beach service of one umbrella and two chairs are included in the rental during the season. This is a newly renovated ground-floor unit. The entire complex has also had a makeover! The unit is steps away from the pool, and the white sugar sand beach with emerald green waters. The master suite has a new king-size bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and a separate dressing area with a sink. The adjacent bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate vanity. The kitchen has all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. The kitchen has utensils, plates, cups, a microwave, a toaster, Keurig, a blender, a food processor, etc. There is a nice patio to relax on and hear the ocean waves. There is a reserved parking spot for this unit. The complex offers two elevators, coin-operated washers and dryers, a large outdoor deck, poolside tables and chairs, new outdoor grills, and tennis courts. One roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and 3 dishwasher tabs are provided.

Fort Walton offers shopping, dining, arts, nightlife, and year-round events at the waterfront park. Explore the Indian Temple Mound Museum in downtown Fort Walton Beach. Dolphin watches, fish, or watch a breathtaking sunset from the Okaloosa Island Pier. Enjoy a beachside dinner on the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk. Destin shopping and activities are 15-20 minutes away. There are many activities and adventures that await!

There are great vacation amenities without all of the congestion on either the beaches or in traffic! Great food abounds on the coast and whether you're in the mood for seafood, steaks, French, Italian, Greek, Thai, Mexican, BBQ, or pizza, there are restaurants for almost every taste and price point.

Wireless internet service, and cable TV on two televisions will keep you connected and entertained when you're not on the beach, at the pool, grilling out, playing tennis, or relaxing on the patio.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, well kept, and the beach access was perfect. Having the chairs and umbrella included made everything so easy for our family.The location is great and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay here again!

Got to the property, had a slight mishap with the lock, but Alicia did handle it within 15 minutes. She also offered a late check out. Very beautiful and intimate property. Close to the beach, and I enjoyed it.

Great Location

The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The location was perfect! Even the fold out sofa bed was comfortable! Can't wait to stay there again!!!!

We book almost every year in the destin/ft walton area and this place by far is the best for the price. I cannot complain about anything.

Excellent Beach Rental for a Family of 4

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for a family of 4 - very close to the pool and beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kids (4 and 6 years) slept well on the pull out couch. We had everything we needed.

Greatest Getaway

We absolutely love staying here! We come back every year and it’s just as wonderful. Nice pool, bathroom by the pool, super short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs. This place is amazing and we are so thankful we found it!

The host was super friendly and helpful when I had questions! She made sure the room was clean and we had eveything we needed. They are doing alot of construction and our parking spot was taken up by construction equipment. The host was quick to repsond telling us where we could park onsite. Close walk to the beach , 2 free chair for guests , nice pool..we would stay again ! Thanks for having us

Perfect for a couple

This worked great for us for a beach getaway. It was clean and convenient one bedroom condo. Although no beach view it was a short distance to the included beach service set up which was wonderful. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would stay there again.

Family vacation

Our 2and stay here and I have no complaints, although there isn't a view from the room, the location and convenience/distance from car to room is worth the sacrifice. Condo has everything you need and has been very clean both stays. Would definitely reccomend.

Beautiful condo, super clean. Had more than enough linens & kitchen was fully functional. Being on the ground level was a plus too! Just steps from the pool & beach. Hope to return soon!

Our anniversary trip

Wonderful! You will not be diappointed!

This was our first time at Okaloosa Island, loved our trip, the condo was exactly like pics, had everything needed for a great vacation! The pool was never too crowded, we loved sitting around the pool and grill area after dinner in the evenings, we met some very nice people! It was great having beach chairs provided too! We will for sure be back!

This property was just as listed. Very clean and inviting. Felt like home to us. This will definitely be our go to for this area. The property owner was very nice and available to answer questions if needed.

Beach Get-a-way

This property was exactly as pictured and described. Comfortable and supplied everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and beach access was a breeze. Free chair rental on the beach was a definite plus. Owners were so easy to work with and even allowed us to change our dates by a couple of days. The only thing I missed was an ocean view, however, we did not have to use the elevator!!

Nice place

We had an amazing time and the room was great. It was good to have a set of chairs and umbrella for you everyday waiting at the beach at no extra cost. Room had everything you needed to cook if you so desire to. We will be visiting again in the further.

My name is Alicia Lee Mateja. My Mom, Janet Lee, fulfilled her dream of buying a place on the beach in 2015. She passed away in 2021 and left the condo to our family. Below is a bit of the story in her words. She loved entertaining and hosting people in her home and condo. Know you have a special angel watching over you when you stay at our little piece of paradise! We hope you enjoy it.

My name is Janet Lee. I am now 72 years old and for my 70th Birthday, through a blessing from God, I was able to purchase Seaside Escape. I enjoyed it for a while as it was (with peach-colored cabinets), then in the summer of 2016, I totally renovated the condo. I love it and hope you will too! 2017 was my 1st season of rentals, and the reviews seem to say it is a great place to stay. Thanks to all of you who enjoyed your summer stay.
