This spacious third-floor three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area, and generous balcony. Fully appointed kitchen includes custom cabinets, built-in icemaker, eat-in breakfast area, sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.

Other features include 10-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, crown molding, hardwood floors in the living room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, a separate commode room and separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, LCD TV with Built-in DVD Player
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, LCD TV with Built-in DVD Player

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets, No motorcycles, boats, wave runners, RVs, or trailers. Books 3-night minimum, Monthly Rentals Accepted November - March! Must contact staff directly for pricing.

Beautiful condo and view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and lovely. Balcony had lots of seating and great view. Was very spacious and appliances in kitchen and laundry were in great shape. None of the dvd players worked and bedroom tvs were difficult to manage to even watch anything decent on tv. Beds weren’t comfortable to me, but could be personal preference. Jets in tub in main bedroom spit out some little brown bits, so didn’t use again, bathrooms really clean otherwise.

A great option at the Martinique

Reviewer Comments: We decided within a few weeks of booking to try the the Martinique in July as our June trip to Fort Walton was too stormy in June to enjoy. We wanted a revenge beach trip to make up for that and we had it narrowed down to the Martinique or Dauphin island and we decided on this place as we have been two other times in the past (once in May and once in September). We had never been during peak season and we were impressed with how it still feels like you have the place to yourself compared to most other parts of the panhandle. The beach was more crowded than off season but it was still easy to get a spot near the ocean. They do have chair rentals but they don’t take up the whole beach like other resorts and they don’t harass you for rentals like other resorts which is nice. The ocean water was actually pretty clear during this visit but wasn’t clear during the other months we have been-not sure why that is. There are a few sandbars that make exploration near the ocean edge easy for little kids but we did see a 5 foot shark not too far out so be aware. The condo was amazing-3 beds 3 full baths stocked really well with two ice makers in the unit that kept us stocked up more than needed the whole trip. Everything worked well in the unit which made cooking easy-probably won’t visit too many restaurants out around here so stock up before you arrive. If you forget something there is a relatively new dollar general about a quarter of mile down that has essentials but don’t count on a great selection as half the store was empty. The third floor was a good place to stay as the view was amazing and you are on the top floor so you don’t hear anyone else around you. Only having three floors means elevator rides are short, the entrance to the building is kept up nice and the whole area feels secure. Only thing to bring that would be nice to be included is a small bottle of dish soap. Overall the condo was everything we were looking for

Another Great One!

Selfishly, I'm almost reluctant to give such a good review knowing it will bring more people and make booking more of a challenge. However, despite being nearly full, it still felt very uncrowded, secluded and quiet. The check-in team was amazing - getting us into our unit asap. They make it so easy. You will notice the care taken here daily -- maintenance & cleaning crews, landscapers, security... all buzzing around making it pristine and top-notch. Check out the big state park in Gulf Shores for awesome cycling. See you next time.

Another Wonderful Winter At Martinique On The Gulf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent another incredible winter as snowbirds at Martinique on the Gulf in the lovely and well-appointed 304W Condo. So fully equipped you will not need a thing. The property is looking terrific after last year's hurricane. You can tell that the people who do the outside and inside work are proud of their property. Thanks to Ken, Richard, Phil, and Terry for making our visit to such a beautiful place remain so well maintained. A shout out to Alisha in the office and a very special shout out and thank you to Susan who is always there for me and my hubby! Much appreciated! Martinique on the Gulf is by far the best resort on the Alabama coast.

They worked very hard to have it ready for owners and rentersp! Always love coming here and to this condo. Office, maintenance staff and gatekeepers always friendly and reliable. We can always count on Susan to be ready to help if needed. Condo is lovely and extra well taken care of. We will return. No complaints...maybe a larger & smart TV. Hubby request of course:-)

Tennis Weekend

A group of four ladies stayed at 304 W for a tennis tournament . We found the accommodations just perfect. Lovely condo, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. It was great to have the tennis court on property so we could warm up before our matches.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we were only somewhat happy with our stay. The bed mattresses were so cheap that we did not get good sleep any night we were there. The door to the outdoor patio was busted so we could not keep it shut. The cable and internet constantly cut off. We had big supper plans to grill outdoors, but the community grill was not working due to rusted out gas vents. The high point was that it was quiet and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We don't plan to stay there next year.

The room arrangement provides a table in the breakfast nook where we enjoy doing jigsaw puzzles and the dining room area table is large. The room arrangement is a split bedroom plan, spacious, and convenient. A delightful space to spend the winter!
