This Penthouse unit provides stunning views of both pools and the Gulf of Mexico from your private terrace. Only the Penthouse units enjoy see-through glass railing on the terrace, and ten foot ceilings throughout.

The tastefully decorated interior includes full kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator/icemaker, coffee/k-cup brewer, microwave, convection oven, and full size washer and dryer. The elegant master suite has a new bed/mattress and enjoys large windows overlooking the Gulf and a private terrace entry. It also features a separate glass-enclosed shower, a relaxing garden tub, double vanity with granite countertops along with generous closet space. Living area includes a comfortable sleeper/sofa and a 55" Smart TV with Xbox. The bonus room has two comfortable twin bunk beds, a 24" TV/DVD Player, and a window overlooking the wonderful shopping and nightlife of Pier Park.

Everyone on staff was super friendly and the resort was nice and clean. Our room had an immaculate view of the ocean and was our little home away from home for the duration of our trip. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear. Truly a wonderful stay and close to everything in town. We even walked to several places from the condo. 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing Trip!

Our family occupied three condos last week and each one was perfect. 0708 was really our "hub". Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous views, and a very well equipped kitchen. The elevators worked great. The pool was clean and refreshing. Our dtr was married on the beach and The Aqua was the perfect place for that. The front desk staff was very accommodating, they answered all and any questions I had. We would love to come back!!!

Great Vacation

When I have to pay $35 per vehicle, I don't expect big redneck trucks and general A-holes double parking taking up 2 spaces. Why are these vehicles not being towed? the parkign pass has thei unit number on it. It shoul dnot be a mystery as to who the offending parties are. Large trucks should be required to park on the roof!!

Your typical PCB rental

Your typical PCB rental. Clean, had everything we needed to cook a meal. This was a unit almost on the top floor, so if you use the main elevator (closest to parking garage), you might take a while… so find the elevator on the west side of the building. Interior is just like the pictures show. The beds could be more comfortable, but you rarely get a hood mattress in a rental. The kids bunk beds do NOT have a door, don’t have drawers for clothes, etc. The bunk room is really more of a cubby hole cute in the hallway near the front door, so lots of outside/road noise. I’m sure it’s worse on the floors closer to the street (cars/trucks with loud mufflers, sound systems, etc). It would be much nicer to actually have a 2nd bedroom. Overall, good price for spring break & you’re not in the room much, right?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property wasn't my favorite and honestly I wouldn't stay here again. The a/c was broken for the majority of my stay and would flicker off and on. The maintenance team always responded in a timely manner but we spend our entire 5 days with workers in and out of the condo. The cleaning fee was very expensive for a sub par job. When we arrived I deep cleaned the unit and it was filthy. Hair in the shower and dirt all over the floors. Typically condos will have a little travel dish soap and some salt and pepper and this one had nothing. We had some friends staying in another condo a few floors below us and they left the unit because of bed bugs. The property and the unit need a lot of TLC.

Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Going directly through Aronov to book this vaca was the easiest, most convenient way to book! We have stayed at Aqua Beach many times before but this time it was different! The condo was even cleaner than before, it looks like updates were made to the entire property and we are more than pleased with our stay. The only thing I would change is the process for purchasing your parking pass. It would be nice if you could do it online before arriving, possibly at booking would be better. We are looking forward to our next trip to PCB and staying at our favorite condos, Aqua Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was absolutely perfect. Everything we could possibly need and want to make our vacation memorable. It is centrally located so you are only a short walk to all of the activities, amenities were all top notch, and staff was great. My only complaint is that the stairs to the beach need repaired. We were there with several families and I know of 4 people, including myself, that tripped on one of the stairs because some of them are significantly larger than others. It appears to be sinking and in its condition it is probably out of code. A few of us were badly bruised from the fall and it made things uncomfortable during our stay. I do ask that it gets fixed before some gets seriously hurt. Other than that, it was such a great place to stay!

Great Experience!

The rooms are always clean. The elevators are a little slow and the wait can be a while. Our experience is always great and we plan on coming back again possibly later this year or next summer!

After that, it was so disappointing. 2206 smelled like mold, the carpet was disgusting, the couch was worn out, the hideabed was nasty, the king bed's mattress pad was stained and the furniture on the deck was rotten. I spent my first morning washing all the sheets and pillow cases and mattress pads. I was really looking forward to our stay at Aqua but I will never rent from there again.

When we arrived the room #2206 was very clean. If you are staying a week, you will need to being extra toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs. They only leave a limited supply. The washer and dryer is a must, bring laundry soap, they do not supply it. We stayed during the off season, everyone is complaining about the elevators not working, We never had an issue. We will stay here again!!Thank you!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not our first time to stay at Aqua in Panama City Beach but have not stayed there is a few years. Our room was decorated very nicely and it was quite clean. We found everything to be as we were told. The reservation experience was easy and all done online. We arrived early and had panned to hang out at the pool until our room was ready but the weather did not permit. Our rooms was before the 5:00 check in time which was really nice. A few restaurants we visited were Runaway Island, Dee’s Hangout, and Uncle Ernie’s. I highly recommend any of these. It was a memorable trip for us with a tornado occurring on Saturday morning! Thankfully we survived! I would highly recommend the Aqua for your beach trip. Very convenient to everywhere you want to go.
