A wide, 19-step staircase leads to your second-story, two-bedroom, two-bath condo, ideally located in the heart of bustling Old Town Florence. This vibrant area is known for its fantastic restaurants, unique shops, art galleries, ice cream and chocolate shops, pubs, wine tasting rooms, and natural beauty—including the majestic Siuslaw River.

Nearly everything is within walking distance, while ocean beaches, the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, and several golf courses are just a quick 10-minute drive from Historic Old Town. Florence was voted one of the most beautiful places by Expedia in 2017, 2018, 2019, and again in 2024!

This second-story condo has been newly redecorated with fresh paint and carpeting. It features gallery-quality artwork from both local and nationally acclaimed artists. The space is 1,400 square feet, with a large 250-square-foot deck offering scenic views of the Siuslaw River and the iconic Siuslaw Bridge. The deck is complete with seating and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing as you watch fishing and crabbing boats come and go from the Pacific Ocean.

The spacious primary bedroom (street side) includes a king-sized bed with fresh linens, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bath features a Jacuzzi tub and shower, along with a double-sink vanity located just outside the bathroom.
The second bedroom—quieter and river-facing—also has a king bed, direct access to the deck, and a private bathroom located just steps away.

The fully equipped kitchen features island seating and a dining area that seats six. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, two flat-screen TVs with cable, and Wi-Fi (login info posted inside).

Supplies Provided:
• Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths
• Kitchen: Dish soap, dishwasher pods, oils, spices, dish towels, dishcloths, full cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and knife set with sharpener
• Laundry: Fragrance-free detergent pods and dryer sheets

Parking:
Parking is limited in Old Town, especially in summer. While street parking is available, it can be scarce. We’re fortunate to offer a reserved parking space just a 2-minute walk from the condo (approximately 150 steps). RVs, trailers, and oversized vehicles can be parked at the Port of Siuslaw lot—just one block from the Dunes condo.

Please Note:
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping in or around the building
• The condo is accessible by stairs only—no elevator
• No parties or disruptive behavior. We value our property and our quiet, respectful downstairs business neighbor.

Though you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Siuslaw River and Bridge, the condo is located several blocks away from the bridge itself—so there is no bridge traffic noise.

Early Check-In:
Early check-in must be pre-arranged for two reasons:
1. To give our housekeeping team uninterrupted time to prepare the space
2. Because our electronic lock system activates only after 4:00 PM on check-in day

When possible, I’m happy to offer early check-in free of charge. 🙂

A note about Old Town:
This condo is in the heart of a lively district, with shops and restaurants all around. Most businesses open at 10 AM and close by 8 PM. Service and delivery trucks may arrive early in the morning. While the deck and guest bedroom remain peaceful, there may be some street activity, especially on weekends, until about 10–11 PM.

At the end of the boardwalk, you’ll find a convenient market stocked with essentials, a great wine selection, deli sandwiches, and fresh donuts!
