Water front home in the heart of Old Town Florence. Stay in a beautiful ranch style, 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the Siuslaw River just 3 walking blocks from Old Town Florence. The home is spacious with high ceilings, large windows, a large deck that opens to a sandy area with a firepit and room for kids to play in the sand with a beautiful view of the Siuslaw River and South Jetty. The beach is just a 5 minute drive away. Put your toes in the sand and watch the sunsets at night by the river. The home has a very private backyard nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

I feel like the pictures on VRBO do this house justice. The house was so clean, the natural light was amazing inside the house, and the view from the backyard was incredible. My girls absolutely loved playing in the sand and walking the beach to find sea shells and crab shells.The house is about a 4-5 minute walk to downtown, which was so convenient, there is a super good Hawaiian restaurant that took us about 3 mins to walk to. The beds are so comfortable, the house is so spacious, and quiet. We loved waking up and making coffee while looking at the fog burning off the water, early in the morning.My girls loved the very spacious and comfortable couch, and laying down and watching movies on the big screen TV at the end of the night. I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to Florence.

Nice! Clean and comfortable stay for our family of 5. Kitchen well stocked. Sand toys appreciated by our 8 year old boy. Had a great ride at sandland adventures. Washer/dryer worked great- caught up all our laundry. Thanks!

We liked the house and location a lot. there were a lot of amenities there that should have been noted; DVD player for example.I personally had to clean the rusty grates on the BBQ before use; I would have expected that be ready. We couldn't use the garage; i don't recall that was stated up front.

Dream house

This home was simply amazing. The view of the river and dunes was breathtaking. Egret, heron and deer lingered nearby. We had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was glitch-free. The kitchen was fully stocked. Check-in was a dream. We walked a few blocks to dine and shop in Old Town. We were concerned that we would hear the bridge noise, but it was quiet. This home and the stay was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River House. We walked into Old Town and enjoyed some great meals, rode the sand dunes, walked the beach, and enjoyed every evening sitting around a wood fire in the fire pit and every morning watching the river and wildlife. It’s a beautiful setting and the house is stocked with everything you need and more.

Highly recommend!

This place was a dream! The house is stylish and all newly renovated. A short walk to downtown. But you won't want to leave the back patio, large yard, sandy areas, right on the river and view of the sand dunes. It was an incredible view. The beds were comfortable. Many extras made the stay above and beyond. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here multiple times, or family loves this place. Great location for walking to Bay Street, beautiful inside and out. I’m sure we’ll be back again

Super cool house with a great view and access to the river bank. Kids loved playing in the sand. Walked to dinner downtown almost every night. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place

the house was warm and comfortable, very clean and within walking distance to old town. We enjoyed the view of the river from the living room, and were able to relax as planned.

Definitely earned a return visit!

This property was top notch and absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay. There were 6 of us (3 couples) - and this 3 bedroom house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Right on the river and walking distance to Old Town for shopping and great food. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect house for a family getaway

We were so impressed with the property that we booked a return visit within an hour of arriving. Beds were very comfortable and the internet speed was fantastic!

Great Stay

This is a really great property! Loved the backyard along the river, the large great room with big picture windows and the proximity to Old Town Florence. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in Florence, Oregon

This home was exactly as described and an amazing find. It is beautifully decorated, stocked well, and very comfortable. The deck, fire pit, and back yard on the river were very much appreciated. The deer, seals, and birds were an added and unexpected bonus. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 teens). Lots of space inside and out, beautiful view, close walk to Old Town, quiet and private. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The 11am checkout was appreciated too. An absolutely fantastic property.

This clean, uncluttered house was perfect for my family. Sand for toys (some provided), thorough communication of things that were down for maintenance or moved. Great, easy walk to old town. Will stay here again.

Oregon Roundtrip

Everything was fine except the mattresses in the the third bedroom which are not usable for an adult person. They are way too soft even for an average adult (6ft tall, 180lbs) resulting in basica lly sleeping on the rack. Unfortunately, the nights weren‘t really full of sleep for that member of our group.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

We met up here with our adult son & daughter and our son’s girlfriend for a lovely 3 night stay. Old town is only a block or two away, so we were able to walk there. We caught crab from the dock behind MO’s Restaurant & brought it home for dinner, flew a kite from the shore of the river directly out our back door, made S’mores around the fire pit in the backyard….the list goes on! We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We will cherish the time we spent there & will definitely return!

Awesome house!

What a beautiful property! Our family enjoyed this house so much. The backyard was absolutely perfect for evenings with the fire pit and playing in the sand. The wildlife was so great to see too! When we arrived, the house was so clean and fresh smelling! Everything was perfectly setup and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Lovely host communications as well!!!
