Great location close to a metro stop, restaurants, and about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for what our family needed for our 3 nights in Paris.

The key can be found in the basement of the bar, you have to go downstairs by the bathrooms. Overall very nice stay!

We were extremely happy with the accommodation and the location. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped.

The appartement was very small compared to what you can see in the pictures. The toilet is small, not renovated, and smells awful. The floor is not well maintained but the apartment is generally clean. The price is very expensive for this kind of studios but is very well located.

The bathroom had an off putting smell. It would have been nice to have a real bar of soap and shampoo and conditioner in more than a packet. The shower needs a shelf to put things on( soap) and the floor floods. A new sponge ( instead of an old used one) and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice.. There was no garbage can for trash or trash bag to take to the cans on the first floor.

We walked to most places thanks to the apartment’s unbeatable location

The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars. The neighborhood is quiet yet central, with plenty of bakeries, cafés, and shops nearby and close to two metro stations. The apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Both the bed and the sofa bed were great. It had everything we needed: fridge, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, and stable Wi-Fi. The linens were fresh and clean, and the entire space felt cozy and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and well-organized. We received detailed instructions via email before our stay, which made check-in and check-out easy and stress-free with a key box system near the apartment.
