Pelican House: Bright Beautiful Beach Home

Beautiful, bright 1-bedroom 1-bath home in Grover Beach just 14 blocks from Pismo Beach, California. Walking distance from parks, tennis court, basketball court downtown and many restaurants.

All living space is upstairs with lots of bright windows and view of hills in the distance. King size bed in good size master bedroom. Spa tub/shower in master bathroom is a great addition to make your stay more relaxing. Laundry is upstairs. Linens, towels and fully stocked kitchen are included. Wonderful restaurants, quaint shops, beautiful wineries, are minutes away from our beach home. There is a minimum 30 day stay. We hope you will enjoy your time in the beautiful Central Coast.

Could not be better

Bright beautiful clean property. We stayed for a month and loved it. The hosts thought of everything when they stocked the place, were responsive when we had questions and could not have been nicer. Quiet area and convenient to everything. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was 5 stars, and Laurie included details that you wouldn’t even think you needed. There is a lot of love put into the property. It was so clean, and they were excellent hosts! It was also a great deal for location and all that was included. I would recommend this stay to anyone and hope to be back soon!

Great vacation in a good neighborhood

This is like living in a normal healthy neighborhood. Only a short drive to Pismo, supermarket practically around the corner. The beach is a 5 minute drive at the west end of Grande Ave. The coast here is super, and all within a half-hour drive. From Morro Bay in the north, to Santa Barbara in the south, we had no lack of daily sightseeing trips and interesting destinations. Our rental lacked nothing ! And we are experienced vacation property users. A little pricey, but hey, what isn't these days.

Exactly what was needed

Great location close to the beach, the restaurants, and the highway. Wonderful hosts. Book a stay at the Pelican House.

Perfect location and owners!

Pelican House was a perfect place for our two month stay. Close to everything, the beach, shopping, and entertainment. The owners were very responsive and made sure we were comfortable!

Clean, beautiful home close to the beach!

I am from Washington state and my sister is from San Diego. We met each other at California's central coast area and stayed at the Pelican House to celebrate my 50th birthday. We had so much fun! The Pelican house is bright and cheerful, clean and very comfortable. My sister and I walked on the beach every day, sometimes twice a day. It was so beautiful and relaxing. We Loved the farmer’s market at Avila beach on Friday night, and the wine tasting at Tally Vineyard and Bailyana. There is so much to do on the Central Coast and we would definitely stay at the Pelican House again!
