We loved the location and the place has a nice layout. It has good value for the location but it could be better. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clean. There’s black mold in the shower, water pressure is very poor, water wasn’t warm enough, a light is broken in the hallway and makes the stairs dangerous at night, the cutlery is missing from the kitchen, and the pull out bed is completely sunken in and not comfortable at all. The neighbours were quiet and that was nice. The street below was pretty noisy on Saturday night but we expected that so that’s ok. Thank you for having us.

This place was very cute and charming and in such a wonderful area of Le Marais, we were right on a street with plenty of restaurants and cafes downstairs. There’s also a bike parking area just around the block. The place is very small, as expected, we loved how they created an upper deck with a couch, while the bed pulled out on the lower level from underneath the deck. Very creative and it made for a nice sitting area where we could people watch down below. The week we went to Paris was very hot, and there was only what seemed like a really old fan in the flat, even on full blast it hardly blew any air. Luckily the two large windows could be left open and that helped with the heat at night. The shower and bathroom are nice and updated. The washing machine was a life saver as this was the 3rd country we visited on our trip and helped us catch up on clean clothes to wear. And it doesn’t take as long as we thought it would for being so small it was very efficient, just make sure to read the directions! There’s also a drying rack in the closet, with the outside heat everything dries super quick. The management was super communicative with us the whole time and anytime I had a question they responded within minutes, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful stay, and we’re going to miss this little gem. The only thing I would suggest them updating is the fan for any other heat waves. Hopefully we can come back one day in the future and revisit.

Another FAKE listing. This property is nothing like is described or shown in the photos. When arriving to the property I had to climb 4-flights of windy unsafe stairs not suitable for anyone traveling with luggage , kids, or elderly people. The apartment was dark and old, nothing like the photos. There’s was an overwhelming smell that I had to immediately open the windows just so you could not vomit. Everything in the apartment was so old and used, nothing like the listing offered. I was traveling with family and couldn’t bare to have them step foot in there unit. We suffer from allergies and 2 people from asthma, an unclean environment is not safe for anyone’s health. This listing should not be aloud on this site or any site with the depiction it gives. I had to find other accommodations immediately and pay for 2 new rooms for my family to stay without any assurance I’d be refunded for being scammed by this listing. Beware of this listing unless you’re ok with staying in a door filled, dirty, and used apartment. On my way out there was a rat that came out of the first floor entryway. Trash everywhere. Odors of urine and trash everywhere you were at this property.

Hôte très rapide et serviable. J'ai rencontré un membre de son équipe à mon arrivée, une personne charmante. Le studio est conforme à la description et les photos le reflètent bien. La cuisine était entièrement équipée et les serviettes étaient de bonne qualité. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet emplacement idéal.
