This elegant modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with beautiful hardwood floors is perfect for two couples or a small family. Views of the town, bay, and ocean. Walk along the only sandy beach in Yachats or explore the tide pools. If you prefer you can watch the waves crash and several blowholes right form the house. Take a soak in the roof top hot tub or enjoy cuddling up with a good book around the fire place. Curl up at night and enjoy the fireplace in the master bedroom as well. Has a landscaped court yard for enjoying the sun without the breeze all year long.

Mini Honeymoon at Agate Point

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The house was incredible the layout was so neat and the kitchen was a great size! The hot tub and the views from it were magical! Agate Point was so relaxing and wonderful! Great place in a beautiful location. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family that loves to cook. Beds were comfortable. The side deck was wind protected and became our favorite room. The hot tub is in a great spot for a 360 degree view of the ocean, mountains and town. Property manager was highly attentive to our needs.

Amazing Location

The sweetest little house with the most breath taking view. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. A couple things needing fixed but the owner is aware and working on them. We would definitely stay here again!

Great View!

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were three best friends having a reunion. The home was charming and the views were amazing. However the three of us were not completely satisfied with the lack of seating in the sitting area. Also the door to the deck was inoperable. We had to go into one of the bedrooms to get out to the deck. The salt air had damaged the screen doors.

Beautiful location!The home was lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. Most of the doors could not be opened…a lot of deferred maintenance for this beautiful cottage.

Beach Dreams Start with this View

We wanted a family get together where we could relax, and we got it. Across the street (not busy) to the tidal pools or a short walk to the sandy beach. The house is great inside and well stocked with just about anything you might have forgot. It's a short drive into town and worth exploring. Have no problem recommending this home.

Great place

Fireplace was not working when we were staying here so house got cold but they did have a small space heater. They were very helpful. Great place. They allow pets which is so important to me and family members. I would recommend this place to others.

Great location

Overall this place is great. It could use a better cleaning job. Washer is clearly marked on how to use but the dishwasher could use the same. The buttons are so worn you can not tell what cycle to push. Location and view are awesome

Amazing Views But Needs a Little Love

The location of this place is amazing. It has the view that everyone drives to see the sunset. The place is filled with windows, so you get an amazing view from every room. The kitchen is very well appointed and had everything we needed. However, this place is in dire need of basic maintenance. A lot of small items needed attention but the property manager was accommodating and helpful.

There were gale-force winds most of the week, but the home withstood the weather well. Yachats is a delightful small town with interesting shops and restaurants. We had one small issue with a lamp, but it was addressed quickly. Otherwise, the week was perfect. Thank you!

Perfect stay for our family

We rented this house as a family of four with a dog for a holiday weekend. The location was amazing. The house is directly across the small (quiet) road from the ocean allowing for amazing views from most of the house. Beach access was a short walk away, and the town was only a couple minutes by car. The house was clean with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for all of us. Some of the appliances were old and worn, but still functional. The hot tub was very clean and ready to use. We discovered the supplied coffee grinder was broken, and a new one was delivered quickly after we reported it. We would return to this rental.

Agate point house

We loved the house. It was in a great location and it had different seating areas to enjoy the views of the ocean. We thought the beds were comfortable. The propane wasn’t working at the house, so no fireplaces or cook top burners. The management company did leave electric burgers for us to use, and they did communicate the day before we arrived the propane situation. We still had an amazing stay and really enjoyed the house. Loved the rooftop hot tub.

Beautiful Coastal Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are absolutely breathtaking at this wonderful little beach cottage. The town is absolutely charming, the locals were very friendly and gave wonderful suggestions on places to see or things to do. I definitely recommend going to the Yachats Mercantile Store for souvenirs, as well as Leroy's Blue Whale for breakfast/lunch! We were able to drive up the coast all day beach hopping and come home to a hot tub overlooking the ocean each night, it was heavenly :) Also, it is pet friendly! My dog absolutely LOVED running the beaches and chasing the seagulls, I was so happy he was able to join me as well on my Oregon Coast adventure. The only downside to this location, the master bedroom mattress was NOT the comfiest, but the view out your bedroom window sort of makes up for it :) Overall, I loved it, but don't go, it's just for me ;).

Beautiful views

We've enjoyed our stay here before. And feel like the kitchen is really well appointed. There are some things that could be addressed. There's a lot of remote controls and a lot of buttons and stuff that we're not sure what they do. Couldn't figure out the fireplace in the master bedroom, and in the guest bedroom the panel of where the lights should be was kind of confusing. Also the dishwasher is totally rubbed off as far as where start and what kind of wash you want. These are things that can be probably fixed pretty easily. Also in the master bedroom the small window is broken and rested shut.

Great location, main bed not great.

We loved the location but we found a few issues. First the oven racks were wrapped with aluminum and made a horrible hot metal smell when we turned on the oven. Easy fix but gave me and my fiancé a slight headache. Also the bed in the primary bedroom is old and very uncomfortable. Highly suggest a new mattress!!!

Wonderful Spot: Just a few things to know ahead of time

The property is wonderful, let's get that out of the way. It's cozy, right on the water, easy walk to the cove or into town. It's wonderful. Go get some really really good coffee at Green Salmon or Crab eggs bene (GF bread/English muffin available!) at the Drift Inn restaurant. All those lovely attributes aside, you should know a few things. The listing doesn't state this:No toiletries are provided, no tiny soaps, no little shampoos or anything. Bring yours or you'll need to pop into town for some. There is an espresso machine, like a real one, but no coffee is in the house. Bring some espresso or coffee (no grinder )if you want it. Or go enjoy really good coffee from the shop in town. The fireplace in the master bedroom doesn't work. There's a Dyson heater/cooler in there but it won't stay on for more than 15-30 minutes. If you account for these, you'll really enjoy your stay.
