If you truly want the view, Ocean Bay Cottage is your spot. This great little cabin with southern exposure and a big deck is situated with perfect views of the ocean, and mouth of the Yachats River. Relax on the deck while enjoying the sunrise/sunset. Views change every six hours because you're sitting right at the tide line. At low tide you will see life unfold before you on the beach, including resident eagles, herons, and seals. At high tide the same view will provide breaking waves as well as the migration of hump back whales during the spring and fall months.

This CLASSIC beach cabin has two bedrooms and one bath.

Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, ocean view living room and dining room, HDTV/ DVD Player, Wifi, FM tuner with iPod cable. Be sure to check out our latest addition: a recently added mural painted by Oregon muralist Corie Hinton. It is a visual treat waiting for you when you open the kitchen door.

Ocean Bay Cottage is right in town so you can walk everywhere, including at least four different eateries that are less than three blocks away, as well as groceries, fun shops and the Yachats Commons. The Yachats Area Chamber of Commerce/Visitor Center is right next to the grocery store, so stop in for a chat about local attractions. The Yachats area is plentiful with scenic areas and hiking trails to enjoy.
