Located in a secluded neighborhood yet a short ten minute ride to town, this privately situated custom-built house is perfect to host your family or small group during its Vineyard vacation. Set on over half an acre, the home has been meticulously maintained and upgraded. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath has everything: gourmet kitchen with all necessities; a/c splits; new washer and dryer; screened-in porch with bar; outside shower; outside deck with hot tub (HOT TUB IS OPEN YEAR ROUND; YOU WILL LOVE USING IT WHEN IT'S SNOWING!!); incredible landscaping; Apple TV in living and master. Linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are included. Mesh wi-fi throughout house and great work-from-home office space. Fenced in area for dogs!

Our home is conveniently located in Edgartown, but Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven are both just a short 10-12 minute ride away. South Beach (the Atlantic Ocean--lots of waves) and Joseph Sylvia State Beach (Vineyard Sound--very calm) are the closest beaches. There is a year round tenant above the garage with no communal space other than a parking area.

MV family vacation

We had a fabulous time at this amazing property! Check in was simple and David answered questions quickly during our stay. The space was perfect for our family and well stocked with supplies. Would stay here again in the future.

Relaxing Vineyard Retreat

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Everything was well organized and thoughtfully arranged. The extra linens were easy to find. The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty space for our family. The quiet neighborhood was a calming break from the hustle of the harbor. A beautiful place to stay!

A weekend in Paradise

Excellent, everything you need was there and more. We really enjoyed ourselves and wished we had reserved a longer stay. Everything was superb. He was a great Host. The house is beautiful and we had fun relaxing in the Hot Tub .

The place that had it all!

This property was certainly as described, in fact, I would say it was even better. You couldn’t have asked for anything more! The amenities, location, and cleanliness were superb! The hosts were amazing letting us know we could contact them at any time if we needed anything at all. Will definitely try to book this property again next time we head out to the Vineyard!

Serene and Perfect for Relaxing

Had a wonderful work from home (away from home) week here! The location was easy to get to and close to everything yet quiet and secluded. Great for a needed hiatus the cooks kitchen is excellent and the hot tub was a perfect relaxation spot. David was very proactive in reaching out to me each step of the process. We stayed in the off season and will definitely return in the summer!

Lovely and welcoming

A lovely vacation house with plenty of space, including a screened in porch in front and an open patio off the huge master bedroom. We loved the house, the location, and the owner, who thoughtfully checked in by text to make sure everything was running smoothly during the week. A+

Wedding on Martha's Vineyard

We visited Martha's Vineyard for a friend's wedding and David's place was a perfect place for 3 couples to stay!!! Great location, well equipped for all our needs and beautiful surroundings! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day! David was a very attentive and helpful host prior and during our stay! Definitely would stay again. Thank you David!!!!! And the wedding was absolutely amazing.

Easy, communicative and accommodating

David was a fantastic host. We had everything we needed in the house and he was extremely clear on how to operate and work everything throughout the trip. He really made our Martha's Vineyard trip special. When our flight was going to get cancelled, he was accommodating in case we needed to stay another night. Highly recommend this property!

Girls Trip

The property was just as described- very clean with all amenities. What really made our stay perfect was David (the host). His communication with us was exceptional from booking information for the ferry to recommendations on things to do on MV. Our group had several travel delays and he was extremely accommodating and assisted with other options for getting one of our group to the island since she missed the scheduled ferry. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Visit!

This was a beautiful home in Martha's Vineyard! David was extremely responsive and helped with anything we needed...from explanatory videos prior to arriving with all the essential information to help with television troubleshooting during our stay and communication afterwards as well! The home was clean and well stocked. Very private and secure. The neighborhood was super confusing, however GPS helped with that! The hot tub was a great bonus and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Would definitely consider this home again if we come back to the island.

David and Jim were 10 star hosts.

We received videos for checking in, how to use the TV and hot tub. David sent a welcome text and a safe travel home message. The property had great amenities, privacy and a centralized location. We would rent again for sure.

Beautiful home with central location on MV!

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable! Not within walking distance to anything but in quiet area with a good central location to drive to Edgartown, Up island or to Oak Bluffs. House has everything you could need - beach chairs are basic folding stadium seats. Small fenced yard for dog if needed. Would definitely stay again - bringing dog next time!

You wont find any better place at Edgertown.

What a wonderful experience at this beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. The host David, was probably the best I have dealt with in all our VRBO ( and other) experiences. He was extremely accurate and efficient before we ever got there, making sure we knew exactly how to access the house and what to do once we arrived. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen has every appliance and stocked with a ton of dinnerware and cooking utensils. The beds were awesome. Clean and comfortable. The hot tub was so clean and easy to use. It was great to have it right by the deck for those who wanted to just sit and visit. The yard is just lovely and big and right next to a walking/biking path. Whatever we needed, or any questions David responded immediately. We had a few glitches with the TV's and he spent quite a bit of time trying to help walk us through it. The neighborhood is in a nice development, close to Edgertown ( about 2 miles) and we were happy that we brought our car over, to go out and explore. WE will definitely return to MV and we can't thank David enough for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

May Getaway

We had a wonderful time on Martha’s Vineyard! This home was centrally located., which meant exploring the island was easy. It was immaculate and VERY well appointed. David was wonderful…very responsive and kind. I would def recommend this home and would love to stay here again!!!

First time Islander

It was my daughter, her best friend and I who stayed at this wonderful house. It was centralized located, quiet neighborhood, and ver clean. Plenty of room for three adults. House was well stocked and communicating with David was a breeze, especially when we hit the wrong button on the TV and rented a movie. We would definitely stay ther again. We loved it

Perfect reunion!

My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay at “number 64”! The home is well equipped with everything you could need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. We very much enjoyed evenings in the hot tub and chatting around the island while we cooked. Everything was very clean, the beds super comfortable, and the space was just the right size for four friends to spend quality time together! We went out and explored during the day but it always felt great to come back to our little island home :) Oh! And David was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a chance of our ferry being cancelled due to winds and he helped us problem solve and gave very helpful tips (we’d never visited MV before!). Excellent host!

Dream vacation stay

The owner was a dream! In additional to the great house will all the amenities you and you family would ever want or need, they also provide clear instructional videos on how to enter the home, how to your the TV, and how to start and stop the hot tub. These videos were so helpful and needed. During our stay hurricane Ida hit and we were unable to get off the island as the coast guard suspended ferry service. New renters were already on the island and we had no where to go. The owner helped us find a hotel for the night and even offered to pay for half of the room cost for the night. NO ONE DOES THAT!! Our stay was spectacular and we will certainly be renting in the future.
