Our true Slope Side Ski in Ski out ground floor unit is located directly on Boomerang trail 30 feet from Goosebumps slope! Watch your family ski from the living room and ski right up to the door at lunch and the end of the day. Watch other skiers on the slope while you sit on the couch (perch) and drink your hot tea or cocoa.

Many homes at Seven Springs are listed as ski in/ski out, but these homes are located on side trails where you have to hike to get back to your place or climb up 3 flights of steps after a day of skiing.

Our newly renovated mountain home is located in the Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs with two large sliding glass doors that open directly onto the slopes.

For spring-summer-fall rentals our location at the top of the mountain offers an amazing view, fresh mountain breeze and many outdoor activities.

Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our community homes and the Mountain Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays.

Seven Springs is also known as a World Class Mountain biking site, offering several miles of Cross Country, and Downhill biking. Our home offers easy direct access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long.
