Seven Springs Resort, rated the #1 Resort in the Mid-Atlantic Region by Ski Magazine, is a four seasons resort located in the Laurel Mountains about 1 hour from Pittsburgh and 3 hours from Washington D.C. and Baltimore.

Our true Slope Side Ski in Ski out ground floor unit is located directly on Boomerang trail 30 feet from Goosebumps slope! Watch your family ski from the living room and ski right up to the door at lunch and the end of the day. Watch other skiers on the slope while you sit on the couch (perch) and drink your hot tea or cocoa.

Many homes at Seven Springs are listed as ski in/ski out, but these homes are located on side trails where you have to hike to get back to your place or climb up 3 flights of steps after a day of skiing.

Our newly renovated mountain home is located in the Stoneridge community within The Villages at Seven Springs with two large sliding glass doors that open directly onto the slopes.

For spring-summer-fall rentals our location at the top of the mountain offers an amazing view, fresh mountain breeze and many outdoor activities.

Seven Springs offers a FREE shuttle service between our community homes and the Mountain Lodge, Adventure Center, Golf Course, and Sporting Clays.

Seven Springs is also known as a World Class Mountain biking site, offering several miles of Cross Country, and Downhill biking. Our home offers easy direct access to the trails. Mountain Bikers can enjoy a 1 mile downhill run to the activities center, where you can purchase your lift ticket, and ride the mountain all day long.

Great Stay

Host was prompt and helpful on questions on the property. Kitchen supplies exceeded many places we have stayed in past. One thing to be aware of is that the front bedroom gets a lot of light from the outside walkway, having a sleep mask is helpful at night.

Seven Springs PA

Overall, the property and the location are perfect for a getaway. Communications with Harry/owner are very easy, and the place is very well stocked and comfortable. I was there with my 3 kids (ages 15-10). We hung out mainly in the living room which has a huge couch and big beanbag chair. We love it in this area and have stayed in several different places and enjoy many of the area activities. The condo was clean. I do think that the carpeting in the living area is going to need to be changed in the near future. Anyone booking this place should know that the wifi works, but sometimes it does cut in and out, the condo shares wifi with the public association wifi. This also means that sometimes TV cuts in and out. (We were watching the olympics). With that said, we enjoyed the condo very much and again, it is well stocked. Others have noted that to get to the back bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom. This really isn't an issue. Thank you for a great stay.

A Pleasant time at Seven Springs Condo

Our stay was nice with our mom who is 100 years old and has been coming to these mountains to vacation for over 60 years. We loved the view and living on one floor with no steps to climb once inside. The condo was roomy so our family could visit us too. We'd stay there again!

Excellent!!!

Great location and stocked with everything you could need. Found the pool the last night which we were pleasantly surprised is heated with a nice hot tub. We had 5 adults and we fit comfortably in the condo, even with all our archery gear. The only thing we worried about from other comments was you need to walk through the one queen bedroom to get into the king bedroom. It worked out just fine and the bathroom was a Jack and Jill so you didn’t have to go through someone’s room in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Would highly recommend this condo and already planning on booking again for next year.

Girls Weekend

When we first arrived we had some issues with the cleanliness of the place but after calling the owner, Harry, & address our issues he got the cleaning company to come out & clean the place so we felt comfortable continuing our stay. The place is conveniently located right next to the common room with an indoor hot tub & sauna that we enjoyed.

Quiet getaway

We were looking for a quick getaway that was relaxing and quiet. Staying here worked very well for us! Very spacious and easily accessible to Seven Springs resort as well as hiking and trips like the Flight 93 Memorial. We would definitely come back!

Location was great, but … layout and internet???

The location of the property was what we were looking for; had good AC and was clean. However, there were several issues making this unit less than advertised. First, there was NO internet despite it being listed as included. I asked about this and the owner said they were experiencing issues. I sent a follow up email which did not receive a response. Also, The units layout was less than ideal as you can only get to one of the bedrooms by going through a different bedroom.

The day before we were to arrive he had a pipe burst in his unit. He could of easily just refunded our money, but instead he went out of his way and got us the exact same unit as his two doors down. Already planning on renting his for next summer.

Very comfortable

A great place for a large family to enjoy the resort. We missed the snow (couldn’t ski in and out because it was 50 degrees!) but it was an easy ride to the lodge to ski in the main slopes and total bonus is that this condo is right next to the condo lounge with a hot tub!
