Lazy Days is the perfect spot to relax for a family getaway or with friends. Sleeping 13 guests, this home offers beautiful lake views and luxury interiors. This beautiful home is best suited to a maximum of 11 adults and 2 children.
Access to the Hurricane Terrace bar, heated outdoor pool and activity equipment is included with this property, offering plenty to do while staying at Silverlake, Dorset. Inclusive equipment hire includes bikes and water equipment such as paddleboards and kayaks, subject to availability. Also on site is a well-equipped gym, a luxury spa offering a variety of holistic and beauty treatments and a takeaway pizza shack offering pizza, open during peak season.
Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are still undergoing various stages of construction. On Baxter's Rise, you will be able see construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with a member of the Habitat Escapes Team. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises.

Silverlake is a great base with plenty of on-site facilities and places to visit nearby. On-site we have watersports, a private beach, tennis, table tennis and forest playgrounds.
Estate Rules:
1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.

A beautifully appointed house with spacious accommodation for 13 guests.
The ground floor accommodation offers a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a lounge with comfortable seating around the log burner, a large dining table and sliding patio doors that bring the outside in.
The first floor accommodates two king size bedrooms, each with shower ensuite and a versatile room that can be set as a twin room or super king room. A children's bunk room completes the accommodation on this floor with a single bed and set of bunk beds. The bottom of the bunk bed can accommodate an adult however the top bunk is only suitable for a child. There is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath and shower over. The second floor offers a further king bedroom with shower ensuite and another versatile twin or super king room. This room can be made up as a twin on request. There is also a walk in shower room on this floor. The games room is located on the top floor with multi-use air hockey/table football and pool table as well as an Xbox console and games. All the King Bedrooms are located to the rear of the property, boasting far reaching views across the Estate and countryside beyond.
The exterior of the property offers a gas BBQ, large alfresco dining area and outside furniture to relax on. The lawn stretches from the decking down to the water's edge with access to the lake with private jetty. The property further offers a wooden bike rack and parking for 4 cars.
