Meet Achada by Homie, a welcoming two-storey accommodation with two bedrooms and capacity for up to 4 people in the heart of Funchal, prepared to offer a comfortable and convenient stay in Funchal. With a generous area, it is the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity without sacrificing proximity to the city centre.



Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by a spacious open-concept living room, which integrates a cosy sitting area, a dining area with table and chairs, and a modern fully equipped kitchen - ideal for preparing your meals with complete comfort, having all the necessary utensils.



On the lower floor you will also find a guest bathroom, equipped with toilet, and in the exterior area a washing machine, an added value for those who wish to travel with lighter luggage and enjoy greater convenience during their stay.



Going up to the upper floor, you will find two carefully decorated bedrooms, both with double beds, providing a peaceful and welcoming environment to rest.



On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower, modern and functional.



The location of the house is another major highlight: situated very close to the centre of Funchal (less than 5 minutes by car), you have everything you need at your doorstep. A bakery right above the house, a bus stop just a few steps away, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and points of tourist interest such as the Municipal Garden, Santa Catarina Park and the Farmers' Market are all within a short distance.



Achada is not just an accommodation, it is the ideal balance between comfort, location and functionality, whether for a short getaway or a longer stay.



Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover costs of repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning.
